石河子棉农生态行为影响因素研究

【摘要】：产业生态化是追求人类经济社会与自然界和谐发展,实现可持续发展目标的新型产业模式。目前,产业生态的发展已经成为国际产业转型与世界发展的潮流。新疆生态环境十分脆弱,绿洲经济实现跨越式发展必须高度注重产业生态化。近年来,新疆棉花产业取得飞速的发展的同时,棉花产业的生态问题日益突出。作为棉花产业种植领域的主体——棉农,其行为与棉花产业生态环境的状况密切相关。所以研究棉农的生态行为特征及其影响因素,进而提出优化棉农生态行为的对策建议,对于促进新疆棉花产业的可持续发展具有重要意义,同时对当地政府采取农业生态环保手段和方法提出切实有效的措施具有借鉴意义。本文首先整理有关农户行为与农户生态行为的国内外文献,提出影响棉农生态行为的一些因素,为设计调查问卷做基础;通过阐述理论基础部分突出研究农户生态行为的必要性与意义,并明确界定本文研究的棉农生态行为内涵。然后根据调研情况,详细描述石河子棉花产业生态环境现状,并具体分析棉农生态行为特征。最后,运用Logistic回归模型,从农户特征、农户资源禀赋条件、外部环境、生态知识和意识四个方面探讨其对棉农生态行为的影响,分析哪些影响因素与棉农生态行为存在正相关与负相关的关系。文章最后通过以上研究与分析,提出优化石河子棉农生态行为的措施与意见。首先,对应模型分析结果,从棉农角度提出了以下六个措施:加强教育培养,提高棉农的整体素质;提高棉农收入,保障棉农收益稳定性;加强农业技术推广,深入生态化种植行为;完善棉花补贴政策,细化补贴标准与额度;增加棉农生态知识,提高生态农业普及程度;提高棉农生态意识,加强生态意识教育。然后,从政府角度提出意见:加大政府投入力度,建立农业生态补偿机制;加强农业环境监管力度,建立激励约束机制。
[Abstract]:Industrial ecologicalization is a new type of industrial model, which pursues the harmonious development of human economy, society and nature, and realizes the goal of sustainable development. The development of industrial ecology has become the trend of international industrial transformation and world development. The ecological environment in Xinjiang is very fragile. In order to realize the leapfrog development of oasis economy, we must attach great importance to industrial ecology in recent years. With the rapid development of cotton industry in Xinjiang, the ecological problems of cotton industry are becoming increasingly prominent. Its behavior is closely related to the ecological environment of cotton industry. Therefore, the ecological behavior characteristics of cotton farmers and their influencing factors are studied, and the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the ecological behavior of cotton farmers are put forward. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of cotton industry in Xinjiang. At the same time, it is of great significance for the local government to put forward practical and effective measures for the local government to adopt the means and methods of agro-ecological environmental protection. Firstly, this paper collates the domestic and foreign literature on peasant household behavior and peasant household ecological behavior. Some factors affecting the ecological behavior of cotton farmers are put forward, which are the basis of designing questionnaires, and the necessity and significance of studying the ecological behavior of farmers are highlighted by elaborating the theoretical basis. Then, according to the investigation, the ecological environment of cotton industry in Shihezi is described in detail, and the characteristics of ecological behavior of cotton farmers are analyzed in detail. Finally, using Logistic regression model, the characteristics of farmers are analyzed. This paper discusses the influence of farmers' resource endowment, external environment, ecological knowledge and consciousness on the ecological behavior of cotton farmers. This paper analyzes the positive and negative correlation between the influencing factors and the ecological behavior of cotton farmers. Finally, through the above research and analysis, the paper puts forward the measures and suggestions to optimize the ecological behavior of cotton farmers in Shihezi. First, the results of the corresponding model analysis. From the perspective of cotton farmers, this paper puts forward the following six measures: to strengthen education and cultivation, to improve the overall quality of cotton farmers; to improve the income of cotton farmers, to ensure the stability of cotton farmers' income; to strengthen the promotion of agricultural technology, to deepen the ecological planting behavior; to improve the cotton subsidy policy; Refine the subsidy standard and quota; increase the ecological knowledge of cotton farmers, improve the popularity of ecological agriculture; improve the ecological awareness of cotton farmers, strengthen ecological awareness education. Then, from the perspective of the government, put forward suggestions: increase government investment, Establish agricultural ecological compensation mechanism, strengthen agricultural environmental supervision and establish incentive and restraint mechanism.
