安徽省太湖县茶产业发展战略研究

【摘要】：太湖县位于安徽省西南部,大别山南麓,长江北岸,生态条件优越,气候温和,水资源丰富,土壤肥沃,植被覆盖率高,山区所产茶叶香高味浓,品质优良,是我国最适宜产茶区和安徽省名特优农产区——茶叶生产优势区域,同时也是农业部大别山地区名优茶优质高产协作项目区。得益于各级政府的大力支持和中国经济的高速发展,太湖县茶产业化进程进一步加快,经济效益明显增长,茶产业已经是太湖县农业经济的四大支柱产业之一,是茶区农业人口增收的重要渠道。但是,太湖县茶产业的发展远落后于周边潜山县和岳西县,其主要原因还是没有系统的发展思路,缺乏战略谋划,只重视眼前利益而忽视长远的发展。本文分析了太湖县茶产业发展的内外部环境,构建SWOT矩阵,并借鉴周边区县发展茶产业的成功经验,设计太湖县茶产业发展战略,并从组织、制度、智力、资本与文化等方面提出战略实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Taihu County is located in the southwest of Anhui Province, the south foot of Dabie Mountain, the north bank of the Yangtze River, with favorable ecological conditions, mild climate, abundant water resources, fertile soil, high vegetation coverage, high aroma and good quality of tea produced in mountainous areas. It is the most suitable tea production area in China and the superior tea production area in Anhui Province, and it is also the cooperation project area for high quality and high yield of famous and excellent tea in the Dabie Mountain area of the Ministry of Agriculture. Thanks to the strong support of governments at all levels and the rapid development of China's economy, The process of tea industrialization in Taihu County has been further accelerated, and the economic benefits have increased significantly. Tea industry has become one of the four pillar industries of the agricultural economy of Taihu County and an important channel for increasing the agricultural population in the tea area. However, The development of tea industry in Taihu County lags far behind the surrounding Qianshan County and Yuexi County. The main reason is that there is no systematic development thinking and lack of strategic planning. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of tea industry development in Taihu County, constructs SWOT matrix, and designs the development strategy of tea industry in Taihu County based on the successful experience of developing tea industry in surrounding counties. And from the organization, system, intelligence, capital and culture and other aspects of strategic implementation of security measures.
