不同模式农民合作社形成的影响因素研究——基于农户生产过程特征视角的分析

【摘要】：为探究不同模式的农民合作社的形成过程与影响因素,将农民合作社的模式归纳为"中间组织引导型"、"龙头企业联合型"和"种养大户带动型"的基础上,构建Logistic回归模型对3种不同模式农民合作社形成的影响因素进行计量分析,并结合典型案例研究对影响机理进行解析。结果表明:生产过程对技术的要求、技术更新速度、购买生产资料频率、农户管理能力及当地有中间组织对"中间组织引导型"的形成有显著影响;生产过程中对技术的要求、技术更新速度、商品初加工资金投入、农产品商品化程度与当地有龙头企业对"龙头企业联合型"的形成有显著影响;资产专用性成本、销售农产品频率、购买生产资料频率、农产品市场价格波动及农户种养(或养殖)规模及农户管理能力对"种养大户带动型"的形成有显著影响。基于以上研究,提出发展我国农民合作社应因地制宜,结合当地禀赋资源发展不同模式的合作社,注重依托龙头企业与中间组织等优势资源、培养农村精英等引导合作社发展。
[Abstract]:For the formation process and influence factors on different modes of farmers' cooperatives, farmers' cooperatives will be summed up as "intermediate organization mode oriented", "leading enterprises joint type" and "andraising driven" on the construction of the influence factors of the Logistic regression model of 3 different modes of farmer cooperatives formed by quantitative analysis combined with a typical case study to analyze the influence mechanism. The result shows that the technology of production process, technology update speed, buy production frequency, farmers management ability and the local intermediate organization has a significant influence on the formation of "intermediate organization oriented"; technical requirements in the production process, the speed of technology innovation, commodity primary processing of capital investment, the commercialization of agricultural products and local leading enterprises have significant influence on the formation of "leading enterprises jointly"; assets specific costs, sales of agricultural products frequency The rate of production, purchase frequency, agricultural product market price fluctuations and the farmers planting (or breeding) scale and management ability of large breeding farmers led the formation of a significant impact. Based on the above research, put forward the development of China's farmers' cooperatives should combine when different development modes of resource endowment on cooperatives, relying on the leading enterprises and intermediary organizations and other advantages of resources, cultivate the rural elite to guide the development of cooperatives.
