精准扶贫视角下的瑶族服饰资源开发研究

【摘要】：精准扶贫是新时期党中央治理我国贫困问题的重要决策,其核心要义就是真扶贫、扶真贫、真脱贫。我国少数民族地区的经济社会文化发展普遍滞后,是我国扶贫攻坚的重点区域,准确理解和贯彻落实精准扶贫政策对民族地区脱贫致富具有重要意义。本文从丰富多彩的瑶族服饰文化资源入手,在论证瑶族服饰资源独特的开发价值的基础上,对目前瑶族服饰资源开发中存在的问题及其对策措施进行进一步分析和探讨,提出了依托大众传媒,将瑶族服饰文化用于创意产业开发、设立专项基金、扶持具有瑶族服饰特色的产业等一系列具有针对性和独特性的意见建议,以期为瑶族地区的精准扶贫实践提供有益的理论参考。
[Abstract]:Precision poverty alleviation is an important decision of the Party Central Committee in the new period to solve the poverty problem in our country. The core of the decision is to help the poor, to help the poor and to extricate themselves from poverty. The economic, social and cultural development of minority areas in China is generally lagging behind, and it is the key area to tackle poverty in our country. It is of great significance to accurately understand and carry out the policy of accurate poverty alleviation for ethnic minority areas to get rid of poverty and become rich. This article starts with the rich and colorful cultural resources of Yao costume, and on the basis of demonstrating the unique exploitation value of Yao costume resources, further analyzes and discusses the existing problems and countermeasures in the exploitation of Yao costume resources at present. This paper puts forward a series of specific and unique suggestions such as relying on the mass media, applying Yao costume culture to the development of creative industry, setting up special fund, supporting the industry with Yao costume characteristics and so on. In order to provide a useful theoretical reference for the precision poverty alleviation practice in Yao nationality area.
