中国农业经营方式演变的社区逻辑——基于山西省汾阳市两个农村社区的案例分析

【摘要】：现有的经济学文献主要从农户个体层次的理性选择视角来解释中国农业经营方式演变,忽视了农村社区因素在其中的作用。为此,本文基于新制度经济学的制度变迁理论,引入社区因素,构建了农业经营方式演变的社区分析框架,从农村社区要素禀赋及其结构变化、社区文化、市场化程度、村庄能人效应、社区内的权力结构和社区成员的关系强度5个维度阐释了农业经营方式在社区外部因素冲击下演变的内在原因和逻辑;并进一步以山西省汾阳市两个农村社区为案例,应用上述框架分析了其农业经营方式演变的过程。研究发现,同一宏观制度背景下农业经营方式演变的多样性是由社区因素引起的,没有具有普遍性的最优模式。目前的农业经营方式创新应结合农村社区的客观条件,注重农村社区内部信任机制等方面的文化建设以及村庄能人的培育,以推动传统农业向现代农业转型。
[Abstract]:The existing economic literature mainly explains the evolution of agricultural management mode in China from the perspective of rational choice of farmers' individual level, neglecting the role of rural community factors in it. Therefore, based on the institutional change theory of the new institutional economics, this paper introduces the community factors, constructs the community analysis framework of the evolution of agricultural management mode, and analyzes the changes of the rural community factor endowment and its structure, community culture, and the degree of marketization. The five dimensions of the village capable person effect, the power structure in the community and the relationship intensity of the community members explain the internal reasons and logic of the evolution of the agricultural management mode under the impact of the external factors of the community; Taking two rural communities in Fenyang City, Shanxi Province as an example, the evolution process of agricultural management mode is analyzed by using the above framework. It is found that the diversity of the evolution of agricultural management mode under the same macro system background is caused by community factors, and there is no universal optimal model. In order to promote the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the current innovation of agricultural management mode should combine with the objective conditions of rural communities, pay attention to the cultural construction of the internal trust mechanism of rural communities and the cultivation of capable people in villages, so as to promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.
