中国农村居民食品消费行为与消费结构分析——基于二阶段需求系统模型与二次几乎完美需求系统模型

【摘要】：基于二阶段需求系统模型,构建农村家庭人均食品需求模型和反应食品内部消费种类的模型,分析我国农村居民食品消费行为与食品消费结构。采用农业部调研数据数据进行实证检验。实证结果表明,人均生活消费支出、家庭规模和地区变量是影响农村家庭人均食品支出的主要因素。支出弹性和边际支出份额的测算结果表明,对于当前我国农村居民来说,只有粮食和植物油属于正常品,但随着生活水平的提高,农民对蔬菜和猪肉的需求最为迫切,再次是鱼虾、水果和家禽,最后是植物油、牛肉、蛋类和羊肉。此外,QUAIDS模型比AIDS模型能够更好地估计农村家庭食品消费结构。
[Abstract]:Based on the two-stage demand system model, the food consumption behavior and food consumption structure of rural residents in China are analyzed by constructing the model of food demand per capita in rural households and the model of reflecting the internal consumption types of food. Using the Ministry of Agriculture survey data for empirical testing. The empirical results show that the per capita household consumption expenditure, household size and regional variables are the main factors affecting the per capita food expenditure of rural households. The calculation results of expenditure elasticity and marginal expenditure share show that only grain and vegetable oil are normal products for rural residents in our country at present. However, with the improvement of living standards, farmers' demand for vegetables and pork is most urgent. Then there are fish and shrimp, fruit and poultry, and finally vegetable oil, beef, eggs and mutton. In addition, QUAIDS model can better estimate the food consumption structure of rural households than AIDS model.
