农民工的公平感及社会心理后果

【摘要】：基于2014年"城乡居民社会调查"数据,从微观与宏观层次分析了农民工的公平感,并从实证角度检验了其影响因素及社会心理后果。分析发现:农民工的宏观公平感要高于微观公平感;两类公平感的影响因素存在差异,微观公平感主要由相对收入决定,与老家居民或城市居民的比较优势均能提升其公平感,而宏观公平感有赖于日常生活体验,感知社会距离越大公平感越低。以冲突感为指标考察农民工公平感对社会心理的影响,发现微观和宏观公平感均会有效缓解社会冲突感,但影响力不同,并且宏观公平感在微观公平感与社会冲突感的影响过程中起到部分中介作用。农民工的公平感与社会冲突感之间有密切联系,公平感的下降往往会带来社会怨恨和冲突的增强,如果处理不当可能会引起群体性事件,因此,应高度重视农民工的公平感及社会心理后果。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of "Social Survey of Urban and Rural residents" in 2014, this paper analyzes the sense of fairness of migrant workers at the micro and macro levels, and examines its influencing factors and social psychological consequences from an empirical perspective. It is found that the macro sense of fairness of migrant workers is higher than that of micro sense of fairness, and the influence factors of the two kinds of sense of fairness are different. The micro sense of fairness is mainly determined by the relative income, and the comparative advantage with the native residents or urban residents can enhance their sense of fairness. The macro sense of fairness depends on daily life experience, and the greater the social distance, the lower the sense of fairness. The impact of fair sense of migrant workers on social psychology is investigated by using the sense of conflict as an indicator. It is found that both micro and macro sense of fairness can effectively alleviate the sense of social conflict, but the influence is different. And macro sense of justice plays a part of intermediary role in the process of micro sense of fairness and sense of social conflict. There is a close relationship between the sense of fairness of migrant workers and the sense of social conflict. The decline of sense of fairness will often lead to social resentment and conflict, if not handled properly may lead to group events, so, We should attach great importance to the sense of fairness and social psychological consequences of migrant workers.
