精准扶贫中群众的主体性塑造——基于赋权理论视角

【摘要】：精准扶贫的前提是精准评估和识别贫困。一般而言,贫困包含两种类型,一是客体性贫困,主要指客观存在的物质性贫困;二是主体性贫困,主要指主观存在的精神性贫困,具体表现为被贫困所奴役,失去生存的意志与自我改变的动力,进而丧失主体性。对于后者,传统的"父权式"和"保姆式"扶贫模式不仅难以有效应对,反而会强化其存在与发展的空间。有鉴于此,倡导一种"赋权式"的扶贫模式,综合使用外在社会治理与内在生命治理相结合的路径,通过自我赋权、个体赋权、团体赋权、组织赋权、社区赋权和政治赋权等塑造贫困群众的主体性。
[Abstract]:The premise of accurate poverty reduction is to accurately assess and identify poverty. Generally speaking, poverty consists of two types, one is objective poverty, mainly refers to the objective existence of material poverty, the other is subjective poverty, mainly refers to the subjective existence of spiritual poverty, specifically expressed as being enslaved by poverty. Losing the will to survive and the motive force of self-change, and then losing the subjectivity. For the latter, the traditional "patriarchal" and "nanny" poverty alleviation models are not only difficult to deal with effectively, but also strengthen the space for their existence and development. In view of this, we advocate a "empowering" poverty alleviation model, using the path of combination of external social governance and internal life governance, through self-empowerment, individual empowerment, group empowerment, organizational empowerment. Community empowerment and political empowerment shape the subjectivity of poor people.
