德安县生态农业建设分析与思考

【摘要】：近年来,在县域工业化进程加速和农村年轻劳动力的逐步转出的双重压力下,农村的人力资本空间渐渐萎缩。这对社会发展,特别是山区丘陵地带的农业社会发展的冲击更为明显。乡村生态农业推进需要一个综合性的体系支撑,具体体现在乡村综合治理体系中,就是推进美丽乡村建设,转变农村生产生活方式,在面上有序推进生态农业健康发展。本研究通过对县域经济内种养殖户、产业化企业对生态农业发展选择模式的分析,来寻求在综合治理体系中的生态农业推行过程中落脚点和工作基础。并以当地及周边地区的几个具体案例为出发点,通过对生态农业发展的现实状况进行深入剖析。并同西方的现代农业进行横向对比,以此来判断研究区域乡村生态农业的几个构成要素对现代农业可持续发展的影响力,从中寻求发展乡村这一层次的生态农业构建体系的关键性制约要素,并找到解决影响乡村生态农业发展问题的对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the double pressure of accelerating the process of county industrialization and the gradual transfer of rural young labor force, the space of rural human capital gradually shrinks. This impact on social development, especially in the hilly areas of the agricultural social development is more obvious. The promotion of rural ecological agriculture needs a comprehensive system support, which is embodied in the comprehensive rural governance system, that is, to promote the construction of beautiful villages, to change the rural production and life style, and to promote the healthy development of ecological agriculture in an orderly manner. Based on the analysis of the selection mode of ecological agriculture development in the county economy farmers and industrialization enterprises, this study seeks the foothold and working basis in the process of implementing ecological agriculture in the comprehensive management system. Taking several concrete cases of local and surrounding areas as the starting point, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the actual situation of ecological agriculture development. And compared with the western modern agriculture horizontally, in order to judge the influence of several components of the regional rural ecological agriculture on the sustainable development of modern agriculture, In this paper, the key restricting factors of the construction system of rural eco-agriculture are sought, and the countermeasures to solve the problems affecting the development of rural eco-agriculture are found.
