【摘要】：要认真贯彻落实中央兴水惠民决策部署,加快推进宁夏农村水利建设管理与改革发展各项工作,使农村水利更好地服务宁夏经济社会发展,更好地造福宁夏各族人民。
[Abstract]:We should earnestly implement the decision - making and deployment of the central Xingshui Humin , accelerate the development of the management and reform of the rural water conservancy construction in Ningxia , and make the rural water conservancy better serve the economic and social development of Ningxia and benefit the people of Ningxia .
