【摘要】：汝南县属于黄淮平原,位于河南省中南部,自然资源多样,特色动植物品种丰富,具有发展特色农业的先天比较优势。汝南县发展特色农业可以提高汝南县农业经济发展水平,带动整个经济的全面发展,近年来汝南县已经开始发展特色农业,行成了蔬菜种植业、水产等特色农产品,对汝南县带来了经济效益,并且,随着特色农业发展不断成熟,汝南县成立蔬菜合作社、渔业合作社和家庭农场,引导各种特色农业基地,带动汝南县特色农业发展向着专业化、规模化、品牌化迈进,有利于增加农民收入,证明汝南发展特色农业是正确的。基于对汝南县农业的特殊性与重要性的认识和对相关理论研究的基础之上,结合本人对汝南县特色农业发展的调研分析,通过对调查研究发现汝南县在特色农业发展过程中还存在的一些弊端,经过进一步的分析对汝南县特色农业发展中存在的问题提出希望能够解决的额对策建议;一方面可以丰富特色农业发展研究,另一方面有利于加快汝南县特色农业发展进程,实现特色农业的产业化经营,将独特资源转化为经济收入,有利于促进特色农业的生产效率、提高农业的产值,增加特色农业带来的收入,也对相关部门制定促进特色农业发展的政策具有一定的参考价值。首先,本论文从特色农业相关概念等基本知识角度对特色农业进行分析和概括;其次,通过对汝南县特色农业进行实地调查以及资料查阅,分析汝南县特色农业发展比优势条件和汝南县特色农业发展现状及采用模式,通过分析现状和模式,发现汝南县特色农业发展过程中存在的问题,最后提出了促进汝南县特色农业持续健康发展的对策建议,文章的具体内容可以分为以下几个部分。本文的第一、二部分首先对发展特色农业背景进行介绍,并且阐述了本文中相关的概念和理论基础;第三部分,通过文献资料,实地调查分析汝南县特色农业优势条件及发展现状等内容;第四部分,通过上述分析,剖析出汝南县特色农业发展中存在的特色农业龙头企业带动、科技支撑、基础设施建设、政策扶持等问题;第五部分,运用所学理论结合汝南县实际情况,有针对性提出能从加强龙头企业带动能力、提高科技支撑、加强基础设施建设、政府组织建设等方面的对策建议,来促进汝南县特色农业持续发展。
[Abstract]:Runan County belongs to Huanghuai Plain, located in the central and southern part of Henan Province. The development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County can improve the level of agricultural economic development in Runan County and drive the overall development of the whole economy. In recent years, Runan County has begun to develop characteristic agriculture, which has become characteristic agricultural products such as vegetable planting and aquatic products. It brought economic benefits to Runan County, and with the development of characteristic agriculture maturing, Runan County set up vegetable cooperatives, fishery cooperatives and family farms to guide agricultural bases with various characteristics. Promoting the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County towards specialization, scale and brand is beneficial to increase farmers' income and proves that the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan is correct. Based on the understanding of the particularity and importance of agriculture in Runan County and on the basis of relevant theoretical research, combined with my investigation and analysis of the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County, Through the investigation and study, we find that there are still some drawbacks in the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County. Through further analysis, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions that can be solved in the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County. On the one hand, it can enrich the research on the development of characteristic agriculture, on the other hand, it is conducive to speeding up the development process of characteristic agriculture in Runan County, realizing the industrialization of characteristic agriculture, and transforming unique resources into economic income. It is beneficial to promote the production efficiency of characteristic agriculture, improve the output value of agriculture, increase the income brought by characteristic agriculture, and have certain reference value for relevant departments to formulate policies to promote the development of characteristic agriculture. Firstly, this paper analyzes and generalizes the characteristic agriculture from the angle of basic knowledge such as the related concepts of characteristic agriculture. Secondly, through the field investigation and the reference to the data of the characteristic agriculture in Runan County, This paper analyzes the relative advantages of the characteristic agriculture in Runan County, the present situation and the adopting mode of the characteristic agriculture in Runan County. Through the analysis of the present situation and the mode, the problems existing in the development process of the characteristic agriculture in Runan County are found out. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable and healthy development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County are put forward, and the specific contents of the article can be divided into the following parts. The first and second parts of this paper first introduce the background of the development of characteristic agriculture, and explain the related concepts and theoretical basis in this paper. Field investigation and analysis of the advantages and development status quo of characteristic agriculture in Runan County. Part IV, through the above analysis, analyzes the leading enterprises in characteristic agriculture, the support of science and technology, and the construction of infrastructure in the development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County. Policy support and other issues; part five, using the theory learned in combination with the actual situation in Runan County, puts forward that it can strengthen the leading enterprises' ability to drive, improve the support of science and technology, and strengthen the construction of infrastructure. Government organization construction and other countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture in Runan County.
