一种基于空间要求的基本农田保护区划定方法

【摘要】：基本农田保护是我国保护耕地与保障粮食安全的主要举措,基本农田保护区划定关系着耕地保护效率,对土地利用总体布局有重要影响。基本农田保护区划定不仅要考虑耕地质量,还要考虑耕地分布的空间要求,因此该项工作具有高度复杂性,迫切需要相关技术支持。该文构建了一种基于空间要求的基本农田保护区划定方法,用耕地质量指数修正图斑空间集聚度,根据图斑空间集聚度与兼容度的综合结果划定保护区,并以铜山区为例展示该方法的操作过程与其适用性。该文提出的基本农田保护区划定法基于矢量图斑尺度,同时考虑耕地质量与其空间集聚连片的要求,具有科学性与可操作性,可为目前基本农田保护区划定工作提供技术支持。
[Abstract]:The protection of basic farmland is the main measure to protect cultivated land and ensure food security in China. The delineation of basic farmland reserve is related to the efficiency of cultivated land protection and has an important impact on the overall distribution of land use. It is necessary to consider not only the quality of cultivated land but also the spatial requirement of cultivated land distribution in the demarcation of basic farmland protected areas, so the work is highly complicated, and the relevant technical support is urgently needed. In this paper, a method of defining the basic farmland protection area based on spatial requirement is constructed. The spatial aggregation degree of map spot is corrected by the cultivated land quality index, and the reserve is delineated according to the comprehensive result of the spatial aggregation degree and compatibility degree of map spot. Taking the copper mountain area as an example, the operation process and applicability of the method are demonstrated. The method proposed in this paper is based on vector plot scale and takes into account the requirements of cultivated land quality and its spatial agglomeration. It is scientific and feasible and can provide technical support for the demarcation of basic farmland protection areas at present.
