第五师84团畜牧业发展战略研究

【摘要】：畜牧业是支撑国民经济发展的基础产业之一,在国民经济发展之中具有重要的作用。新疆作为我国重要的畜产品基地,对于确保我国畜牧业可持续发展具有重要的战略地位。而兵团畜牧业是新疆畜牧业的重要组成部分,对于全疆畜牧业发展整体水平的提升具有重要的作用。“十二五”期间,兵团提出的一系列针对畜牧业结构调整优化、扩大养殖基地的建设等方针政策,促使兵团畜牧业发展得以不断提高。而且,畜牧业属于劳动密集型产业,对于带动兵团职工就业及创业具有重要的促进作用。84团是兵团第五师重要的边境团场,担负着屯垦戍边及经济发展的双重使命。畜牧业作为其重要的支柱产业之一,对于84团历史使命的履行和地区经济建设具有极强的促进作用。基于此,本文在相关的实践调研和数据基础上,利用SWOT分析方法、规范分析方法等对84团畜牧业发展进行了全方位的剖析,并制定了相应的战略规划和产业发展计划。首先,本文对于相关的理论进行了梳理,为研究提供了理论基础。其次,对于84团畜牧业发展面临的内部优势和劣势、外部挑战和机遇进行了分析,明确了现阶段84团畜牧业的发展环境。然后,对84团的畜牧业发展制定了相关的发展战略,包括产业化经营战略、龙头企业带动战略等,并对相应战略所要实施的工程进行了制定。最后,针对84团的战略特点以及战略目标,为确保其顺利实施,本文提出了相关的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Animal husbandry is one of the basic industries supporting the development of the national economy and plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Xinjiang, as an important animal product base in China, plays an important strategic role in ensuring the sustainable development of animal husbandry in China. As an important part of Xinjiang animal husbandry, animal husbandry plays an important role in raising the overall level of animal husbandry in Xinjiang. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, a series of principles and policies were put forward by the Bingtuan to optimize the structure of animal husbandry and expand the construction of breeding base, so as to promote the development of animal husbandry in Bingtuan. Moreover, animal husbandry is a labor-intensive industry, which plays an important role in promoting the employment and entrepreneurship of the staff and workers of the Corps. The 84th regiment is an important frontier regiment of the Fifth Division of the Corps, which is charged with the dual mission of opening up land and garrisoning the frontier and economic development. As one of its important pillar industries, animal husbandry plays a very important role in promoting 84 regiment's historical mission and regional economic construction. Based on this, based on the relevant practical investigation and data, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the development of animal husbandry in 84 regiment by using SWOT analysis method and standardized analysis method, and formulates the corresponding strategic planning and industrial development plan. First of all, this paper combs the relevant theories and provides the theoretical basis for the research. Secondly, the paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, external challenges and opportunities of the development of 84th regiment animal husbandry, and clarifies the development environment of 84 regiment animal husbandry at the present stage. Then, the development strategy of 84 regiment animal husbandry is made, including industrialization management strategy, leading enterprise driving strategy and so on, and the project to be carried out in the corresponding strategy is worked out. Finally, according to the strategic characteristics and strategic objectives of 84 regiment, this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures in order to ensure its smooth implementation.
