菏泽市“一村一品”发展研究

【摘要】：随着国民经济的快速发展,农业改革逐步深入,菏泽市农村经济发展进入新的阶段,面临农业发展的新形势、农业新政策,发现了新问题、产生了新矛盾。在面临机遇与挑战并存的局面下,“一村一品”成为菏泽市农村经济的重要发展课题。充分利用本地资源优势,全面开展“一村一品”产业是解决农业问题的有效途径,是提升农村经济效益的有效选择,是增加农民收入的有效措施。本研究通过分析国内外专家学者对“一村一品”的研究,借鉴国内外典型成功案例,以期为菏泽市发展“一村一品”扩宽思路。同时,大量查阅《菏泽市“一乡一业一村一品”发展规划》、《关于推进“一村一品”发展的意见》等相关文件,深入了解菏泽市发展总体规划。结合相关理论基础及菏泽市地理条件、环境特点,分析菏泽市“一村一品”发展现状,剖析菏泽市在发展的进程中存在的问题及挑战,分析原因总结经验,提出解决对策,推动菏泽市“一村一品”健康发展,促进农民增收,助力农民脱贫致富,全面提升菏泽市农业水平。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy and the deepening of agricultural reform, the development of rural economy in Heze has entered a new stage, facing the new situation of agricultural development, new agricultural policies, new problems and new contradictions. In the face of both opportunities and challenges, "one Village, one Product" has become an important subject for the development of rural economy in Heze. Making full use of the advantages of local resources and fully developing "one village, one product" industry is an effective way to solve agricultural problems, an effective choice to improve rural economic benefits, and an effective measure to increase farmers' income. By analyzing the research of "one Village, one Product" by experts and scholars at home and abroad, this study draws lessons from typical successful cases at home and abroad in order to expand the thinking of "one Village, one Product" for Heze City. At the same time, a large number of "Heze", "one village, one industry, one village, one product" development plan "," on the promotion of "one village, one product" development, and other related documents, in-depth understanding of the overall development plan of Heze. Combined with the relevant theory basis and the geographical conditions and environmental characteristics of Heze, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of "one Village, one Product" in Heze City, analyzes the problems and challenges existing in the process of Heze's development, analyzes the reasons and summarizes the experience, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem. To promote the healthy development of "one Village, one Product" in Heze City, to increase farmers' income, to help farmers to get rid of poverty and to become rich, and to promote the agricultural level of Heze City in an all-round way.
