重庆市长寿区土地利用系统健康评价研究

【摘要】:随着城市化进程的加快,社会经济不断快速发展,与此同时也面临着巨大的生态环境压力,因此以土地为基础的自然、社会、经济的综合性土地利用系统的健康状况对社会以及人口的可持续发展尤为重要。因此,对区域进行土地利用系统健康评价刻不容缓。长寿区作为重庆的重大工业地区,其社会、经济的快速发展,为该区域的生态环境带来了巨大的压力,土地利用系统出现了一些不良的后果:耕地年均减少幅度较大,人均耕地面积呈下降趋势;建设用地闲置低;水土流失严重;坡耕地平均耕作层厚度减小,耕地地力下降以及环境容量下降等。因此,开展土地利用系统健康研究工作,可为土地资源的可持续利用提供理论基础和指导意见,同时它也能够为地方诊断由自然因素和人为活动引起的土地利用系统的损坏和退化程度,为管理者提供决策依据。本文以长寿区为研究对象,采用2000-2012年5期土地利用现状数据、社会经济以及环境监测数据,分析该阶段土地利用时空变化,通过模糊综合评判模型对该区域进行土地利用系统健康评价,并采用灰色模型对其健康水平进行预测。其结果表明:2000-2012年近10年里,长寿区土地利用类型的空间结构发生了巨大的变化,其中包含数据结构和空间结构的变化,其中耕地和建设用地的变化最为突出;从2000-2012年,长寿区土地利用系统健康状态表现出了一定的波动性,经历不健康、临界状态、亚健康三个等级,总体上土地利用系统的健康水平有所提高,但仍有很大的进步空间;从采用灰色模型对土地利用系统健康水平的结果来看,未来长寿区土地利用系统健康水平会呈现出增强的趋势。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the social economy is developing rapidly, and at the same time, it is also facing the enormous pressure of the ecological environment. Therefore, the land based nature, society, The health condition of economic comprehensive land use system is very important for the sustainable development of society and population. Therefore, it is urgent to evaluate the health of land use system in the region. As a major industrial area of Chongqing, the rapid development of society and economy in Changshou District has brought great pressure to the ecological environment of the region, and some adverse consequences have appeared in the land use system: the average annual reduction of cultivated land is large. The per capita cultivated land area showed a downward trend; The idle land of construction land is low; soil erosion is serious; the average tilling layer thickness of sloping land is decreasing; the land fertility of cultivated land and the environmental capacity are decreasing, and so on. Therefore, research on the health of land use systems can provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the sustainable use of land resources, At the same time, it can diagnose the damage and degradation degree of land use system caused by natural factors and human activities, and provide decision basis for managers. Taking Changshou District as the research object, this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial changes of land use in this period by using five periods of land use status data, social economic and environmental monitoring data from 2000 to 2012. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the health of land use system in this area and the grey model was used to predict the health level of the land use system. The results show that: from 2000 to 2012, the spatial structure of land use type in Changshou district has changed greatly, including the change of data structure and spatial structure, among which the change of cultivated land and construction land is the most prominent; From 2000 to 2012, the health status of land use system in Changshou district showed certain volatility, experienced unhealthy, critical and sub-health levels, and the overall health level of land use system has been improved. But there is still a lot of room for progress; According to the results of grey model on the health level of land use system, the health level of land use system in Changshou district will show an increasing trend in the future.
