我国苹果产品国际竞争力下降原因分析

【摘要】：我国现阶段农业国际竞争优势主要集中在劳动密集型农产品上。在经济发展持续拉动劳动力价格上涨的背景下,劳动密集型农产品竞争优势能否延续成为学术界关注的焦点,也是一个具有现实意义的问题。本文针对苹果这一典型的劳动密集产品,基于恒定市场份额(CMS)模型和显性比较优势(RCA)指数揭示我国苹果产品国际竞争力的演变趋势及其在出口中所起的作用,剖析影响苹果产品国际竞争力的因素。研究发现,我国苹果产品国际竞争力呈下降趋势并成为出口增长的主要阻碍;人工成本上涨致使价格优势弱化则是苹果产品国际竞争力下降的主要因素,而质量不高、品种单一化和贸易壁垒升级加快了下降的速度。最后,从如何重构我国苹果产业竞争优势的视角,提出了有针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:China's current agricultural international competitive advantage is mainly concentrated in labor-intensive agricultural products. Under the background that the economic development continues to pull up the labor price, whether or not the competitive advantage of labor-intensive agricultural products can continue to be the focus of academic attention is also a practical issue of practical significance. Based on the (CMS) model of constant market share and the (RCA) index of dominant comparative advantage, this paper reveals the evolution trend of international competitiveness of apple products in China and its role in export. Analyze the factors that affect the international competitiveness of apple products. It is found that the international competitiveness of apple products in China is declining and has become the main obstacle to export growth. The weakening of price advantage caused by the increase of labor cost is the main factor for the decline of the international competitiveness of apple products, while the quality is not high, and the simplification of varieties and the upgrading of trade barriers speed up the decline. Finally, from the point of view of how to reconstruct the competitive advantage of apple industry in China, the paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions.
