江西省休闲农业发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】：随着经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的日益提高,农业已经步入到现代农业的发展阶段,人们对农业的要求也越来越高,原有的传统农业已经满足不了人们日益增长的需求,休闲农业应运而生。作为国内外现代农业发展的一个新起领域,休闲农业能够高效地将第一、二、三产业结合起来,在促进农村的经济提升、农村产业结构的调整和缩小城乡差距等方面有重要作用。利用优美静谧的自然环境或本地特有的风俗民情打造而成的集生产、娱乐、休闲、观光、文化教育等多功能于一身的休闲农业已逐渐成为城市人们追求高质量、高水准的生活以及全身心回归自然的一种途径。本文通过对江西省休闲农业的发展现状进行研究旨在从理论结合实际的角度对江西省休闲农业的进一步发展给出合理化建议。通过文献查阅、实地调查、类比分析等方法相结合,总结借鉴台湾地区和国外休闲农业的发展经验,充分结合江西省实情,客观理性地分析江西省休闲农业的发展优势和现有休闲农业的发展分类模式,深层次剖析江西省休闲农业在发展过程中存在的休闲农业风格紊乱、缺乏特色、配套设施不全、融资渠道不畅、服务不规范等方面的问题,在实践基础上提出相对应的有效对策和建议,即要加强政府领导、突出特色规划、加强规范管理、拓宽投资渠道、加大产品宣传,以促进江西省休闲农业的良性发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards, agriculture has entered the stage of development of modern agriculture, and people's demands on agriculture are becoming higher and higher, and the original traditional agriculture has been unable to meet the increasing demand of people. Leisure agriculture came into being. As a new emerging field in the development of modern agriculture at home and abroad, leisure agriculture can efficiently combine the first, second and third industries to promote the economic upgrading of the rural areas. The adjustment of rural industrial structure and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas have an important role. Leisure agriculture, which combines production, entertainment, leisure, sightseeing, culture and education and other functions, has gradually become the pursuit of high quality in cities, which is based on the beautiful and quiet natural environment or the unique local customs and conditions, such as production, entertainment, leisure, sightseeing, culture and education, etc. A high standard of living and a way to return to nature with all your heart and soul. Through the research on the present situation of leisure agriculture in Jiangxi Province, this paper aims to give some reasonable suggestions on the further development of leisure agriculture in Jiangxi Province from the angle of theory and practice. Through the combination of literature review, field investigation, analogy analysis, and so on, summing up and drawing lessons from the development experience of leisure agriculture in Taiwan and abroad, and fully combining the facts of Jiangxi Province, This paper analyzes objectively and rationally the advantages of the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangxi Province and the existing development classification mode of leisure agriculture, deeply analyzes the style disorder of leisure agriculture in Jiangxi Province in the process of development, the lack of characteristics, and the incomplete supporting facilities. On the basis of practice, some effective countermeasures and suggestions should be put forward, such as strengthening government leadership, highlighting characteristic planning, strengthening standardized management, widening investment channels, and increasing product publicity. In order to promote the healthy development of Jiangxi leisure agriculture.
