基于系统动力学的我国食用农产品检测体系信息共享研究
[Abstract]:The quality and safety inspection system of edible agricultural products is the main technical means to guarantee the quality and safety of edible agricultural products, is an important measure for the government to supervise the quality and safety of edible agricultural products, and provides the government with technical decisions related to the quality and safety of edible agricultural products. Services and consulting play a key and central role in improving the quality and safety of edible agricultural products. The sharing of information within the inspection and detection system of edible agricultural products can promote the exchange of information, business cooperation and external information sharing among the competent departments and testing institutions within the system, and can meet the needs of the society and the media, The demand for quality and safety information of edible agricultural products in the industry promotes social stability, which can better ensure the quality and safety of edible agricultural products. At present, there are many regulatory and policy documents concerning the sharing of inspection information for edible agricultural products, especially in recent years, almost all documents related to the quality and safety of edible agricultural products have provisions on information sharing. However, the information sharing of edible agricultural products detection system is still slow. In view of this, from the perspective of internal supervision of the inspection and detection system of edible agricultural products quality and safety, this paper studies the relevant strategies of its information sharing. 1, the quality and safety detection system and its information transmission process of edible agricultural products in China are combed out. This paper introduces the inspection and detection system of edible agricultural products and its supervision department in our country, and constructs the structure chart of internal information transmission and external information disclosure of the inspection system of edible agricultural products in China at the present stage according to the relevant laws. By using the method of system dynamics and non-cooperative game, the non-cooperative game matrix and its SD model are established, and the open supervision strategy of the detection system of edible agricultural products is discussed dynamically. This paper focuses on the effects of the information disclosure of the detection system of edible agricultural products under different external environment, double punishment, time delay feedback control and other strategies on the information disclosure of the detection system of edible agricultural products. The evolutionary game matrix and its SD model are established by using the method of system dynamics and evolutionary game. The strategies of supervision and control of the internal information sharing of the same department in charge of edible agricultural product detection system and the mutually beneficial strategy of information sharing and cooperation within the different departments in charge of the inspection system of edible agricultural products were discussed respectively. The paper focuses on the situation that the benefit of information sharing is greater than its cost.
