吉林省养鹅业现状及产业化分析

【摘要】：吉林省是国内鹅养殖量增长速度最快的省份,鹅产业的健康发展是解决省内农民增收的重要途径之一。吉林省为发展鹅产业提供了饲料资源和土地资源,虽然省内鹅养殖量位居全国中上游,但是由于吉林省的鹅产品水平不一,加工深度不够,特色不足,缺乏国内及国外市场竞争力。自21世纪以来,吉林省的鹅养殖量一直在稳步增长,年养殖量已占全国总养殖量的10%,如何才能让吉林省鹅业从数量中上变到质量中上,如何使吉林省鹅业向产业化稳步发展,正是吉林省鹅业发展所面临的问题。论文主要对吉林省养鹅业的发展现状,通过深入的调查研究,对吉林省养鹅业的生产、加工、流通等各环节进行系统的研究与分析,并且分析吉林省养鹅业产业化发展过程中,养殖、加工及各个环节中存在的问题,探寻加快吉林省养鹅业产业化稳定有效发展的途径。本文共分三章,主要研究内容和结论如下:第一章通过对种鹅种类、商品鹅存栏量、鹅肉产量、营养水品和饲养标准、疾病防治和鹅场建设等方面的解读,阐述和分析了中国和吉林省鹅业的发展现状,通过分析发现中国和吉林省的鹅养殖量都在稳步攀升。利用SWOT分析法对吉林省鹅产业的发展现状进行了分析,分析了吉林省鹅产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。通过分析指出吉林省在鹅养殖业产业化发展过程中要抓住机遇,发挥具有的优势,采取合理的措施避免劣势,从而降低面临的威胁。第二章对吉林省鹅养殖户的生产环节的投入产出进行对比分析,分析结果表明:放牧养殖经济效益优于圈养,鹅的饲养规模处于规模报酬递增情况,通过比较,越大规模的饲养报酬越大。并对吉林省鹅产品加工业进行分析。从吉林省的鹅产品加工企业的现状入手,发现吉林省鹅产品加工业存在如下问题:鹅产品加工企业规模化程度低、鹅产品加工缺少深度开发等问题。上述问题产生的制约因素主要在于:吉林省出栏鹅的标准化程度低、鹅产品加工的技术创新能力弱、政府对鹅产品加工企业的有效监管不到位、加工业和养殖户未形成稳定利益机制等方面。为了加快吉林省鹅产品加工业的发展,需要推进鹅产品加工业的规模化程度;提高鹅产品加工企业的技术创新能力;加大对鹅产品深加工项目的扶持力度;增强鹅产品加工企业与养殖户的关联度。对吉林省鹅产品市场流通进行分析,通过分析发现如下问题:吉林省鹅产品市场体系不完善且交易规模小;鹅产品质量安全难以保证;鹅产品流通渠道长使其抵御市场风险能力弱。针对上述问题吉林省应该优化鹅产品流通渠道;加快吉林省鹅产品市场体系建设;创新鹅产品交易模式。第三章是本文的结论和建议部分,通过全文的分析和研究得出如下结论:中国鹅养殖业已经进入到了新的发展时期;吉林省鹅养殖业具有较大的增长潜力;吉林省鹅产品加工业处于粗加工向精深加工的过度阶段;吉林省鹅养殖业的发展受到省内市场的制约。在对论文的研究结论进行总结的基础上,提出了促进鹅养殖业稳定发展的政策建议,为产业相关参与主体及政府相关部门决策的制定提供参考。
[Abstract]:The development of the goose industry is one of the important ways to solve the increase of farmers' income in the province. Jilin province has provided the feed resources and land resources for the development of the goose industry, although the amount of the goose breeding in the province is in the middle of the country, because the goose product in Jilin province is not one, the processing depth is not enough, the characteristic is insufficient, and the domestic and foreign market competitiveness is lacking. Since the 21 st century, the cultivation of the goose in Jilin province has been growing steadily, the annual cultivation quantity has been 10% of the total national culture, and how can the goose industry of Jilin Province be changed from the quantity to the quality, how to make the goose industry in Jilin province develop steadily, It is the problem of the development of the goose industry in Jilin province. In this paper, the present situation of the development of the goose industry in Jilin province is studied and the systematic research and analysis on the production, processing and circulation of the goose industry in Jilin province are carried out. The problems existing in the process and each link are discussed, and the way to accelerate the development of the industrialization of the goose industry in Jilin province is explored. This paper is divided into three chapters. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: In the first chapter, the present situation of the development of the goose industry in China and Jilin province is expounded and analyzed through the analysis of the variety of the goose, the amount of the stock of the goose, the yield of the goose, the nutrition and water, the prevention and control of the disease and the construction of the goose farm. Through the analysis, the growth of the geese in China and Jilin province has been rising steadily. The present situation of the development of the goose industry in Jilin province is analyzed by using the SWOT analysis method, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the goose industry in Jilin province are analyzed. Through the analysis, it is pointed out that in the course of the development of the goose breeding industry, Jilin province should seize the opportunity, take advantage of the advantage, and take reasonable measures to avoid the disadvantages, so as to reduce the threat. The second chapter makes a comparison and analysis of the input-output of the production links of the goose farmers in Jilin province, and the results show that the economic benefit of the grazing culture is better than that of the housing, and the feeding scale of the goose is in the increment of the scale, and the more the more large-scale feeding is paid by comparison. and the goose product processing industry in jilin province is analyzed. Starting with the present situation of the goose product processing enterprise in Jilin province, it is found that the goose product processing industry in Jilin province has the following problems: the large-scale of the goose product processing enterprises, the lack of deep development of the goose product processing, and the like. The main factors of the above-mentioned problems are: the low standardization of the goose in Jilin province and the weak technical innovation ability of the goose product processing, and the government's effective supervision on the goose product processing enterprises is not in place, and the processing industry and the farmers have not formed a stable benefit mechanism. In order to accelerate the development of the goose product processing industry in Jilin Province, it is necessary to promote the scale of the goose product processing industry, to improve the technical innovation ability of the goose product processing enterprises, to increase the support for the deep processing projects of the goose products, and to enhance the degree of association between the goose product processing enterprises and the farmers. The market circulation of the goose products in Jilin province is analyzed, and the following problems are found: the system of the goose product market in Jilin Province is not perfect and the transaction scale is small; the product quality of the goose is difficult to guarantee; the circulation channel of the goose product is long to be weak against the market risk. In view of the above problems, Jilin Province should optimize the circulation channel of the goose products, and accelerate the construction of the goose product market system in Jilin Province; and the innovative goose product trading mode. The third chapter is the conclusion and the suggestion part of this paper. Through the analysis and research of the full text, the following conclusions are drawn: the Chinese goose breeding industry has entered a new period of development; the goose breeding industry in Jilin province has a great potential for growth; The goose product processing industry in Jilin province is in the overstage of rough machining and deep processing, and the development of the goose breeding industry in Jilin province is restricted by the market in the province. On the basis of the conclusion of the research conclusion of the paper, the paper puts forward the policy suggestion to promote the stable development of the goose breeding industry, and provides the reference for the development of the industry-related participating main body and the government-related department decision-making.
