精准扶贫与精准脱贫的福建经验

【摘要】：正【调研背景】坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战,是党中央向全国人民发出的总动员令,是2020年全面建成小康社会必须完成的一项基础性工作,也是一项极为严肃而艰巨的政治任务。目前全国各地正在全力以赴按照中央的要求,结合自身的特点开展精准扶贫工作。现在,扶贫开发工作已进入啃硬骨头、攻坚拔寨的冲刺期。为深入了解精准扶贫的有关情况,总结其有益经验,5月底,人民论坛杂志社组织国家发改委、中央党校、中国人民大学、中国农业大学等单位专家学者,深入福建省一线进
[Abstract]:It is the general mobilization order issued by the Party Central Committee to the people of the whole country, a basic work that must be completed in 2020 to build a well-off society in an all-round way, and also a very serious and arduous political task. At present, all parts of the country are doing their best in accordance with the requirements of the central authorities, combining their own characteristics to carry out precision poverty relief work. Now, the work of poverty-alleviation and development has entered the period of gnawing hard bones and breaking up forts. In order to deeply understand the relevant situation of precision poverty alleviation and sum up its beneficial experience, at the end of May, the people's Forum magazine organized the National Development and Reform Commission, the Central Party School, the Renmin University of China, the Agricultural University of China and other units of experts and scholars, and went deep into Fujian Province.
