论民族地区精准扶贫工作中的主体性构建

【摘要】：民族地区贫困问题是我国全面建成小康社会的短板,精准扶贫是解决当前我国贫困问题的主要思路。确立贫困对象的主体地位是精准扶贫的关键,可以从主体行为与主体心理两方面体现出贫困对象在精准扶贫中的主体地位。可以通过提高教育意识、引入协商对话机制、提供标准化公共服务、培养地方特色技术人才、加强扶贫立法等对贫困对象进行主体性建构,构建起精准扶贫治理模式中的主体条件。
[Abstract]:Poverty in ethnic minority areas is a deficiency in building a well-off society in an all-round way, and accurate poverty alleviation is the main way to solve the poverty problem in China. The establishment of the subject status of the poor object is the key to accurate poverty alleviation, which can reflect the subject position of the poor object in the precision poverty alleviation from two aspects of the subject behavior and the subject psychology. By improving the consciousness of education, introducing the mechanism of consultation and dialogue, providing standardized public services, cultivating technical talents with local characteristics, strengthening the legislation of poverty alleviation, and so on, we can construct the subjective conditions in the model of accurate poverty alleviation and governance.
