供给侧改革下我国农业“走出去”战略与现实路径研究

【摘要】：实施农业"走出去"战略是解决我国农业供求矛盾,实现农业可持续发展,推动国内农业供给侧改革的重要举措。文章首先分析了中国农业"走出去"的背景及发展状况,论证了农业"走出去"对于推进国内农业供给侧结构性改革的必要性。随后从战略目标、投资主体,投资领域,投资区域,投资模式方面探讨了我国农业"走出去"的现实路径。
[Abstract]:The implementation of agricultural "Get out of here." strategy is an important measure to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of agriculture in China, to realize the sustainable development of agriculture and to promote the reform of domestic agricultural supply side. The paper first analyzes the background and development of the agricultural "Get out of here." in China, and proves the necessity of the agricultural "Get out of here." to promote the structural reform of the domestic agricultural supply side. Then the real path of the agricultural "Get out of here." in China is discussed from the strategic objective, the investment subject, the investment area, the investment area and the investment model.
