临空经济与区域经济阶段性耦合发展研究

【摘要】：本文从时空角度探究临空经济与区域经济的耦合机理并选用灰色关联模型论证,发现两系统整体呈"U"型耦合结构;区域经济子系统中,产业有力推动临空经济发展,而空间与基础设施因阶段性建设滞后形成严重阻滞;临空经济子系统中,航空客运、货运对区域经济作用存在阶段性差异,初创阶段客运作用大于货运,成长阶段则相反。为实现两系统耦合协调,应根据临空经济发展时序性制定针对性措施,强化区域基础设施"短板"提升,加大立体交通建设;协同产业融合,推动临空产业由"移入"向"嵌入"转变。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the coupling mechanism of air-front economy and regional economy is explored from the point of view of time and space, and the grey relational model is selected to demonstrate that the two systems have a "U" type coupling structure as a whole. In the sub-system of regional economy, industry has the power to promote the development of air-front economy, but space and infrastructure are seriously blocked because of the lag of stage construction. In the air economy subsystem, air passenger transport and freight have different effects on regional economy. In the initial stage, the role of passenger transport is greater than that of freight, but in the growth stage, the opposite. In order to realize the coupling and coordination between the two systems. It is necessary to formulate targeted measures according to the timing of the development of air-front economy, strengthen the "short board" upgrade of regional infrastructure, and increase the construction of three-dimensional traffic. The cooperation industry merges, impels the air-front industry to change from "move in" to "embed".
