【摘要】：网球运动是世界上职业化程度最高、影响最广泛的体育运动之一。随着中国网球运动员在世界网球各大赛事成绩的突破,网球运动在中国受到越来越多的关注,其影响力逐步增强,国内网球俱乐部大量涌现。由于受到政治、经济、社会文化、俱乐部运营管理等多种因素的影响,网球俱乐部的经营大多不尽如人意。本文以西安市网球俱乐部为对象,选择影响网球俱乐部运营和发展的因素作为研究内容,重点研究不同的影响因素之间的关联度和相互影响关系,以期能够促进网球运动在国内的推广、普及和网球俱乐部的良性发展。本文在研究中采用了专家调查法和灰色关联分析法从俱乐部自身软硬件设施及区域位置、网球俱乐部的管理者及管理经营、网球运动的参与者和社会环境与社会公众四个维度辨识出了对网球俱乐部的运营和发展具有重要影响作用的11个因素,分别为参与者的经济收入水平、地域经济社会发展水平、俱乐部软硬件设施水平及位置、管理者运营及营销模式、网球运动的社会化程度、市场规范化程度和政府监管水平、管理团队及管理者素质、俱乐部宣传推广、教练素质及能力、配套设施情况、俱乐部信誉及知名度。通过采用模糊决策实验室方法研究了不同因素之间的关联度和相互影响关系。1)研究发现网球运动参与者的经济收入水平、俱乐部宣传推广、俱乐部软硬件设施水平及位置、市场规范化程度和政府监管水平、教练素质及能力这五种影响因素与其他因素之间的关联度最高。2)网球运动参与者的经济收入水平、地域经济社会发展水平、俱乐部软硬件设施水平及位置、管理者运营及营销模式、网球运动的社会化程度五种因素为其他因素的原因因素。3)俱乐部会员经济收入水平、区域经济社会发展水平、俱乐部的软硬件设施、教练的素质和能力是促进俱乐部发展的首要因素。4)加大政府对网球市场的制度建设和监督水平也是提高俱乐部运营的重要途径。
[Abstract]:Tennis is one of the most professional and influential sports in the world. With the breakthrough of Chinese tennis players' achievements in the world tennis events, tennis has received more and more attention in China. Its influence gradually strengthened, the domestic tennis club emerged in large numbers, because of the political, economic, social culture, club operation and management and other factors. Most of the management of tennis club is not satisfactory. This paper takes Xi'an tennis club as the object and chooses the factors that affect the operation and development of tennis club as the research content. Focus on the study of the impact of different factors between the correlation and the relationship between each other, in order to promote the promotion of tennis in China. Popularizing and the benign development of tennis club. In the research, this paper adopts the method of expert investigation and grey correlation analysis from the club's own hardware and software facilities and regional location, the management and management of tennis club.
