马克思主义农业现代化思想视角下县域经济发展研究

【摘要】：县域经济作为我国区域经济最基层的环节,起着承上启下的作用。在全面推进城镇化和农业现代化的道路上起着特殊的作用,成为新时期我国经济社会发展的新引擎。我国的农业生产区大部分分布在县级行政范围内,以县域经济为范围的区域经济,拥有丰富的农副产品资源,巨量的农业剩余劳动力和多种多样的农产品加工传统。充分发挥县域范围的经济资源比较优势,立足丰富的农业资源,是发展县域工业经济自然而然的选择。而且,随着我国继续向工业化和信息化社会深度发展,必然倒逼农业的现代化,形成专业化社会化的大规模的商品农业发展模式,形成对传统农业的改造。本文立足于马克思主义农业现代化思想视角,在县域范围内从农业现代化县域城镇化讨论县域经济的发展,更加深入和与时俱进的探索农业现代化县域工业化县域城镇化的内在联系。在实现农民现代化农业现代化农村现代化寻求突破;在实现农业产业化的基础上转移农村剩余劳动力,增加农民收入;通过推进县域城镇化,倒逼“三农”的现代化,进而缩小城乡差距,改变过去通常认为的只有工业才能实现富民富县,农业是贫困的代名词的观念,为县域经济发展提供一种新的视角。
[Abstract]:The county economy, as the most basic link in the regional economy, plays an important role. It plays a special role in promoting the urbanization and agricultural modernization in an all-round way. It has become a new engine for the economic and social development of our country in the new period. The agricultural production areas of our country are mostly distributed in the county administrative scope, and the county economy is the scope. The regional economy has rich agricultural and sideline products, huge amount of agricultural surplus labor and a variety of agricultural products processing tradition. Making full use of the comparative advantage of economic resources at the county level and based on the rich agricultural resources is a natural choice for the development of the county industrial economy. Moreover, as China continues to industrialization and information technology, it will continue to be industrialized and information-based. In the deep development of the society, the modernization of agriculture must be forced to form a specialized, socialized and large-scale commercial agricultural development model, and the transformation of traditional agriculture is formed. Based on the perspective of Marx's ideology of agricultural modernization, this paper discusses the development of the county economy from the agricultural modernization and the County Urbanization in the county area. The inner connection between the modernization of agriculture, the industrialization of the county and the urbanization of the county, the modernization of the peasants, the modernization of agriculture, the modernization of the countryside, the transfer of rural surplus labor and the increase of farmers' income on the basis of realizing the industrialization of agriculture, and the modernization of the "three rural" through the promotion of the urbanization of the county. Narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, changing the past usually thought that only industry can realize the rich people? Rich county, agriculture is the concept of the pronoun of poverty, providing a new perspective for the development of the county economy.
