高校转型期大学生思想道德教育的嬗变

【摘要】：近年来,许多高校在办学理念和人才培养模式上采取新举措,提高高等教育服务区域经济社会发展的能力和水平已成为高校实施转型发展的目标和动力。部分地方本科高校以推动校企合作为主要路径,通过试点推动、示范引领等实现向应用型高校的转型与发展,为产业升级、技术进步和社会管理创新战略采取更加直接有效的服务。这也促进了大学生思想道德教育的嬗变,即:大学生思想道德教育价值取向从传统道德价值观向传统与效益并存转变、大学生思想道德教育方式从"灌输引导"教育方式向"接收选择"转变、大学生思想道德教育实践运行从"实然"的实践运行模式向"应然"的转变。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many colleges and universities have adopted new measures to improve the ability and level of higher education to serve the regional economic and social development, which has become the goal and motive force of implementing the transformation and development of colleges and universities. Some local undergraduate colleges and universities take the promotion of school-enterprise cooperation as the main path to realize the transformation and development to the application-oriented colleges and universities through pilot promotion and demonstration guidance, so as to upgrade the industry. Technical progress and social management innovation strategy to take more direct and effective service. This has also promoted the evolution of college students' ideological and moral education, that is, the value orientation of college students' ideological and moral education has changed from the traditional moral values to the coexistence of the traditional moral values and the benefits. The mode of college students' ideological and moral education has changed from "instilling and guiding" to "receiving and choosing", and the practical operation of college students' ideological and moral education has changed from the practical mode of "reality" to the mode of "ought to be".
