共建枢纽平台第二课堂培养人才的实践与思考

【摘要】：大学生情商等综合素质越来越受到社会、企业重视,高校团学组织开展的第二课堂"活动育人",对大学生的全面成长成才具有重要作用。团学组织应坚持"眼睛向外"拓展平台,与区域经济社会中的社会组织互惠共生发展,"眼睛向下"优化学生"用户体验",将大学生的成长成才与区域经济发展相结合,培养输送优质人才,适应引领广大青年为实现"中国梦"而努力奋斗的时代主题,从而不断开创高校第二课堂育人的新局面。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive quality of college students, such as emotional quotient, has been paid more and more attention by society, enterprises, and the second class "activity education" carried out by colleges and universities, which plays an important role in the all-round growth and development of college students. The Tuan school organization should adhere to the "eye outward" expansion platform, develop symbiotically with the social organizations in the regional economy and society, optimize the students'"user experience", and combine the growth of college students with the regional economic development. Cultivate and transport high-quality talents, adapt to the theme of leading young people to strive for the realization of "Chinese Dream", so as to create a new situation of the second classroom education in colleges and universities.
