上海小微企业发展问题探析

【摘要】：小微企业已经成为我国经济增长、结构调整、创新创业、扩大就业的重要基础,也是上海区域经济创新转型发展、社会和谐和对外开放的重要推动力。但还需在创新发展理念、构造人才优势、打造创新载体、提升管理水平等方面下功夫。
[Abstract]:Small and micro enterprises have become the important basis for economic growth, structural adjustment, innovation and entrepreneurship, and employment expansion in China. They are also the important driving force for the transformation and development of regional economic innovation and development, social harmony and opening to the outside world in Shanghai. But we still need to make great efforts in innovating development idea, constructing talent advantage, creating innovation carrier, improving management level and so on.
