基于要素结构逆转的国际区域合作模式研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化和区域一体化的不断加深,全球范围内的区域合作组织不断涌现,伴随着合作组织的涌现,合作过程中的问题与矛盾也层出不穷,受合作要素结构的影响,合作稳定度出现波动,合作模式也在不断改变,国际区域合作组织开始呈不稳定的发展趋势。论文以经济学、地理学、生态学三大学科为基础,对要素结构逆转进行研究,从生产力相关理论对合作要素结构进行定义,研究合作要素结构逆转对合作稳定性以及合作模式的影响,力求深层次揭示合作模式的发展变化规律,为欧盟区域一体化的稳定持续发展提供理论基础,为世界范围内其他合作组织的发展变化提供依据。本文由六部分组成,第一章主要阐述国际区域合作的研究背景以及选题的意义,合作要素结构及合作模式的相关研究综述,详细阐述了目前关于国际区域合作要素的研究状况。第二章对国际区域合作的相关概念以及相关理论进行综述,为论文后续分析提供必要的理论依据。第三章概括了合作要素结构及要素结构逆转的定义,确定了合作主体,合作机制,合作资源三要素构成的合作要素结构,分析了合作要素结构逆转的特点、动因,从合作要素贡献弹性分析了合作要素结构逆转的方式,将其逆转方式分三种讨论,即简单、复杂的、复合的要素结构。第四章构建了合作要素结构逆转的演化模型,通过基本假设,建立合作要素结构的评价指标体系,结合地形理论的相关知识,建立了合作稳定度的模型,是文章的核心章节,结合要素结构的三种类型分析其逆转的演化路径。第五章分析了合作模式及合作要素结构之间的关系,阐述了合作要素结构逆转对合作模式的影响。第六章是实证部分,以欧盟区域一体化进程中三个阶段为例,德英法意四国为代表性国家对区域合作要素结构以及合作模式的变化进行了实证分析。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and regional integration, regional cooperation organizations in the global scope continue to emerge. With the emergence of cooperation organizations, the problems and contradictions in the process of cooperation also emerge endlessly, which is influenced by the structure of cooperation elements. The stability of cooperation fluctuates, the mode of cooperation changes constantly, and the international regional cooperation organizations begin to show an unstable trend of development. Based on the three disciplines of economics, geography and ecology, this paper studies the reversal of the structure of factors, and defines the structure of cooperative elements from the theory of productivity. This paper studies the influence of structural reversal of cooperation elements on the stability of cooperation and the mode of cooperation, and tries to reveal the law of development and change of cooperation mode in order to provide a theoretical basis for the stable and sustainable development of European Union regional integration. To provide the basis for the development of other cooperative organizations around the world. This paper is composed of six parts. The first chapter mainly describes the research background of international regional cooperation and the significance of the topic, the structure of cooperation elements and the relevant research of cooperation model, and elaborates the current research status of international regional cooperation elements. The second chapter summarizes the related concepts and theories of international regional cooperation, and provides the necessary theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis. The third chapter summarizes the definition of the structure of cooperation elements and the reversal of the structure of cooperation elements, determines the cooperation elements structure of the main body, the cooperation mechanism and the cooperation resources, and analyzes the characteristics and reasons of the reversal of the structure of cooperation factors. Based on the elasticity of cooperative factor contribution, this paper analyzes the mode of structural reversal of cooperative element, and divides it into three kinds of methods, namely, simple, complex and compound element structure. The fourth chapter constructs the evolution model of cooperative factor structure reversal, through the basic hypothesis, establishes the evaluation index system of cooperative factor structure, and combines the relevant knowledge of terrain theory, establishes the model of cooperation stability degree, is the core chapter of the article. Combined with the three types of element structure, the evolution path of its reversal is analyzed. The fifth chapter analyzes the relationship between the cooperative model and the structure of the cooperative elements, and expounds the influence of the reversal of the cooperative element structure on the cooperative model. The sixth chapter is the empirical part, taking the three stages of the EU regional integration process as an example, the representative countries of Germany, Britain, France and Italy are the representative countries to make an empirical analysis of the structure of regional cooperation elements and the change of cooperation mode.
