福建省闽清县生态农业发展研究

【摘要】：闽清县是福建省的重点林业县,依山傍水,物产丰饶,地理位置优越,自然资源丰富,具有发展生态农业的先天性优势。近年来,在政府的大力支持下,闽清县的现代农业和工业化农业得到了迅速的发展,但与此同时带来的问题也值得我们思考。因此,实行生态农业建设对于实现闽清县农业现代化建设和农业可持续发展来说是十分必要的。本文以可持续发展理论、循环经济理论、生态经济系统理论、区域经济发展理论等相关生态农业基础理论为指导,在国内外研究综述的基础上,采取问卷调查法、实地调查法、统计分析法等方法,结合闽清县社会经济发展动态和生态环境特征,对闽清县的生态农业发展现状及存在的优势劣势进行了全面分析。闽清县发展生态农业具有的优势有：优越的自然条件,区域优势明显,农业基础稳固,农业基础设施不断完善、政府加大重视程度等。通过实地走访和问卷调查发现闽清县发展生态农业存在以下几个问题：农业生产效率不高；农民素质普遍偏低；政府推广方式不合理,推广服务体系健全；生态农业科技含量不足；生态建设机制不完善等。通过对国内外生态农业发展的实践经验进行阐述和比较,结合闽清县生态农业发展的实际情况,以闽清丰达农业生态园为例,提出了闽清县生态农业未来发展的对策建议：一是强化政府宏观支持,提高农业基础设施建设；二是加强生态农业产业链发展,缓和经济与环境之间的矛盾；三是提高农业科技技术水平,增强农产品的科技含量。
[Abstract]:Minqing County is a key forestry county in Fujian Province, which is endowed with the advantages of mountain and water, abundant products, superior geographical location and abundant natural resources. In recent years, with the support of the government, the modern agriculture and industrialized agriculture in Minqing County have developed rapidly, but at the same time the problems are worth our consideration. Therefore, the construction of ecological agriculture is very necessary to realize the modernization of agriculture and the sustainable development of agriculture in Minqing County. Based on the theory of sustainable development, the theory of circular economy, the theory of ecological economy system, the theory of regional economic development and other related basic theories of ecological agriculture, based on the summary of domestic and foreign studies, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and field investigation. By means of statistical analysis and combined with the development of social economy and the characteristics of ecological environment in Minqing County, the present situation and advantages and disadvantages of ecological agriculture in Minqing County are comprehensively analyzed. The advantages of developing ecological agriculture in Minqing County are: superior natural conditions, obvious regional advantages, stable agricultural foundation, continuous improvement of agricultural infrastructure, and the government pays more attention to the development of ecological agriculture. Through the field visit and questionnaire survey, we find that the following problems exist in the development of ecological agriculture in Minqing County: the agricultural production efficiency is not high; the quality of farmers is generally low; the mode of government extension is unreasonable, and the extension service system is sound; The ecological agriculture science and technology content is insufficient; the ecological construction mechanism is not perfect and so on. Through expounding and comparing the practical experience of ecological agriculture development at home and abroad, combining with the actual situation of ecological agriculture development in Minqing County, taking Fengda Agricultural Ecological Park of Minqing as an example, The countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of ecological agriculture in Minqing County are put forward as follows: first, strengthening the macro support of the government and improving the construction of agricultural infrastructure; second, strengthening the development of the eco-agricultural industrial chain to ease the contradiction between the economy and the environment; Third, improve the level of agricultural science and technology, enhance the scientific and technological content of agricultural products.
