威海市外贸服装产业战略转型研究

【摘要】:二十几年来,山东省威海市利用优越的地理环境、区位优势,,形成了为日韩服装产业承接代工生产的加工贸易发展模式。由于具有相对较为廉价的劳动力及较为丰沛的土地资源及原材料资源,“近水楼台先得月”的威海逐步承接着日韩传统制造业的产业转移,并迅速地建立起颇具规模的代加工能力、形成较具优势的产业集聚,成为了山东省纺织服装行业的重镇,并极快的推动了威海本地社会经济的优质增长及现代城市化进程,取得了令人瞩目耀眼的经济发展成就。 然而随着威海区域经济的不断发展,尤其是近十年以来,随着工业用地、原辅材料成本、人力资源成本、运输成本的不断上升,以及人民币的持续升值,威海市外贸服装产业的生存经营环境正面临着空前巨大的危机,传统来料加工模式面临着巨大、严峻的威胁与挑战,战略转型升级——这对于威海市外贸服装产业来说,势在必行、迫在眉睫! 由于缺少产品自主研发及品牌运营运作能力,威海市外贸服装产业在日韩等国服装产业转移分工中只能扮演底层制造角色,获取微薄的利润与有限的发展;所以威海本地企业战略转型升级研究以及企业实践发展之路尚不完善,有待于进一步的研究、探索与实践。因此,本文研究的核心问题是“战略转型”,是战略转型的途径和策略。 本文站在第三方(威海中小企业管理顾问)的角度,将以威海市外贸服装产业自身发展特点并结合实际情况,剖析威海市外贸服装产业战略转型的背景、研究意义等,将企业的战略转型问题看做是企业外部压力和机遇与创新的内在动力结合在一起的动态协同过程,进一步提出了“外部压力与机遇——内在转型动力——战略转型途径”的基本分析框架和思路。 本文结合所学理论与企业实际,将威海市外贸服装企业分为纯外贸加工企业、内销品牌企业、外贸内销混合型企业等三种不同类型,并建议威海市外贸服装企业立足于本身的资源、条件与实际,分别实行不同的战略转型策略,逐步向高附加价值产品及产业分工核心环节升级发展。
[Abstract]:In the past 20 years, Weihai City, Shandong Province, has made use of its superior geographical environment and location advantages to form a processing trade development model to undertake contract production for the Japanese and Korean garment industry. Because of the relatively cheap labor force and abundant land resources and raw material resources, Weihai, which is "near the waterfront", has gradually undertaken the industrial transfer of the traditional manufacturing industry in Japan and South Korea, and has rapidly established a considerable scale of processing capacity, forming a more advantageous industrial agglomeration, and has become an important town of the textile and garment industry in Shandong Province. It has also promoted the high quality growth of Weihai local society and economy and the process of modern urbanization, and has made remarkable and dazzling economic development achievements. However, with the continuous development of Weihai regional economy, especially in the past ten years, with the rising cost of industrial land, raw and auxiliary materials, human resources, transportation costs, and the continuous appreciation of RMB, the living and operating environment of Weihai foreign trade clothing industry is facing an unprecedented crisis, and the traditional processing mode of raw materials is facing huge and severe threats and challenges. Strategic transformation and upgrading-this is imperative and urgent for Weihai's foreign trade clothing industry! Due to the lack of product independent research and development and brand operation ability, Weihai foreign trade clothing industry can only play the bottom manufacturing role in the transfer and division of labor of clothing industry in Japan and South Korea, and obtain meagre profits and limited development. Therefore, the research on strategic transformation and upgrading of Weihai local enterprises and the development of enterprise practice are not perfect, and need to be further studied, explored and practiced. Therefore, the core issue of this paper is "strategic transformation", which is the way and strategy of strategic transformation. From the point of view of the third party (Weihai small and medium-sized enterprise management consultant), this paper analyzes the background and research significance of the strategic transformation of Weihai foreign trade clothing industry according to the development characteristics of Weihai foreign trade clothing industry and the actual situation, and regards the strategic transformation of enterprises as a dynamic collaborative process in which the external pressure and opportunity of enterprises are combined with the internal motive force of innovation. Furthermore, the basic analysis framework and train of thought of "external pressure and opportunity-internal transformation motive force-strategic transformation approach" are put forward. Based on the theory and practice of enterprises, this paper divides Weihai foreign trade garment enterprises into three different types: pure foreign trade processing enterprises, domestic brand enterprises and foreign trade domestic mixed enterprises. It is suggested that Weihai foreign trade garment enterprises should carry out different strategic transformation strategies based on their own resources, conditions and reality, and gradually upgrade and develop to high value added products and the core links of industrial division of labor.
