文章摘要：城市化进程使得大量湿地被填埋，导致湿地的生态与社会服务功能丧失。建设城市湿地公园是湿地保护与合理利用的成功模式。笔者分析了规划建设中的秦淮河湿地公园对区域潜在的生态经济效益，结果表明：该公园建成后对南京江宁区社会经济发展，以及生态环境的改善具有较大的拉动作用，可伎地区经济增长1．69％～3．03％，，可新提供3900-7400个就业岗位，公园周边土地增值达102．3亿元，产生7．8亿元的代际净效益。

Abstr：During the procession of urbanization, the fill up of wetland occurs in many places, which results in the weakening of wetland functions. The construction of urban wetland park successfully combines the wetland protection and development harmoniously. Based on the potential economical analysis of ecological benefit, the construction of Nanjing Qinhuai River Wetland Park will greatly impulse the social development and environment protection in jiangning District： contributing 1. 69% -3. 03% to GDP increase rate, accommodating 3 900- 400 work offers, enhancing the land value of RMB 10.23 billion Yuan,and making RMB 780 million Yuan net sustainable benefit.
