【摘要】：正当前结构性因素对中国和拉美各自经济增长及双边经贸关系的影响日益突出。一方面中国进入经济中速增长的"新常态",正在通过供给侧改革发掘潜在经济增长点,提高经济增长率,即通过改革纠正供需结构错配和要素配置扭曲,使供需在更高水平上实现新的平衡;另一方面拉美国家正在实施以实现平等和可持续性发展为目标的结构性改革来促进包容性
[Abstract]:The impact of structural factors on the economic growth and bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Latin America has become increasingly prominent. On the one hand, China has entered the "new normal" of moderate economic growth. We are exploring the potential economic growth point through supply-side reform to improve the economic growth rate, that is, to correct the mismatch of supply and demand structure and the distortion of factor allocation through reform, so as to achieve a new balance between supply and demand at a higher level; On the other hand, Latin American countries are implementing structural reforms aimed at achieving equity and sustainable development to promote inclusiveness.
