企业家精神对黑龙江省经济增长影响的实证研究

【摘要】：20世纪90年代以来，企业家精神作为经济增长的核心要素受到了学界越来越多的关注，并一度成为了经济界探讨的热点问题。在我国的东南沿海地区，企业家精神日渐活跃，并一度成为了经济增长的引擎。然而，作为东北老工业基地的黑龙江省，自我国“振兴东北”战略提出以来，其经济水平虽然也有了很大的发展，但企业家精神在经济增长中的作用却一直未引起重视，企业家精神对经济增长的作用也没有完全发挥出来。本文立足于黑龙江省民营经济的发展现状，基于企业家精神研究理论，，运用典型相关分析法分析了企业家精神与黑龙江省经济增长的相关关系。进一步地，我们运用主分量分析法构造了企业家精神的综合指标，在此基础上运用C-D生产函数实证分析了黑龙江省企业家精神与经济增长的作用机制，实证分析证实了企业家精神对黑龙江省经济增长确有促进作用，但具有明显的滞后效应。最后，根据实证分析结果，我们站在政府的立场上提出了促进黑龙江省企业家精神发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, as the core element of economic growth, entrepreneurship has been paid more and more attention by academic circles, and has become a hot issue in the economic circles. Entrepreneurship is becoming more and more active, and once became the engine of economic growth. However, Heilongjiang Province, as an old industrial base in Northeast China, has been put forward since the strategy of "revitalizing Northeast China" was put forward. Although its economic level has also made great progress, but the role of entrepreneurship in economic growth has not been paid attention to. The role of entrepreneurship on economic growth has not been fully brought into play. This paper based on the development of private economy in Heilongjiang Province, based on the theory of entrepreneurship research. The relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth in Heilongjiang Province is analyzed by using canonical correlation analysis. Furthermore, we construct the comprehensive index of entrepreneurship by principal component analysis. On this basis, using C-D production function empirical analysis of the role of entrepreneurship and economic growth in Heilongjiang Province, empirical analysis of the role of entrepreneurship to promote economic growth in Heilongjiang Province. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of entrepreneurship in Heilongjiang Province from the standpoint of the government.
