【摘要】：劳动力技能水平是影响我国居民收入差距变化的重要因素。本文利用技能结构调整和收入分解方法,考察了1989-2011年我国城镇居民收入差距及构成的变化特征。研究发现,随着中国劳动力技能结构的变化,在不同时期其对城镇收入差距的影响存在差别:总体上,结构调整后收入差距的上升趋势更加明显;组间差距呈"倒U"型变化特征,这主要是由教育因素引起的;组内差距对总差距的贡献率维持在75%以上并保持长期稳定,说明城镇居民的组内收入差距在考察期内没有发生实质性的改善。对结构调整后不同分位点上收入差距的研究结果显示,高收入群体中拥有高教育水平的人能够获得高收入,而低收入群体的收入增长相对乏力,这是中国城镇居民收入差距扩大的主要原因,但近年来这种状况有所好转。
[Abstract]:The labor skill level is an important factor affecting the change of income gap of residents in our country. This decomposition method utilizing the skills of structural adjustment and income gap in China is investigated, the income of urban residents in 1989-2011 and variation of composition. The study found that with the change of structure China skills of the labor force, in different periods of their impact on the income gap between urban overall, the rise of income gap is more obvious after the adjustment of the structure; the gap between groups showed a feature of "inverted U" type change, which was mainly caused by the factors of education; in the group to the total gap gap contribution rate remained above 75% and to maintain long-term stability and that of urban residents income gap did not occur within the group in the study period substantial improvement. Study on structure adjustment after the income gap between different sub sites showed that have high level of education and high income groups of people can get The income growth of high income group and low income group is relatively weak, which is the main reason for the widening income gap of urban residents in China, but this situation has improved in recent years.
