基于消费需求视角的产业结构调整研究

【摘要】：当前，我国已进入全面建设小康社会的关键阶段，进一步深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式是当前工作的重中之重。十八大报告指出，转变经济发展方式，增强创新对经济发展的动力，使经济发展更多的由内需尤其是消费需求来拉动，这是我国经济转型的一条较为明确的路线图。本文在以扩大内需，转变经济发展方式为经济工作重心的背景下，以消费需求为出发点，分析我国消费需求和产业结构的发展现状、预测未来消费需求的发展趋势并通过对消费需求与产业结构的相互关系的定性分析和和谐性的实证研究，分析得出消费需求结构与产业结构的和谐度，并以此为基础提出产业结构调整的具体政策建议。本文主要运用对应分析、聚类分析、灰色关联分析以及和谐性分析等方法，对我国东中西部以及东北地区、不同收入层城镇居民消费需求以及城乡之间居民消费需求进行了较为详细的分析论证，利用灰色关联分析对未来五年的消费需求趋势进行了预测，并就消费需求结构与产业结构之间的和谐度进行测度，结论是我国居民消费需求层次不断上升，消费结构不断优化合理，文化教育、交通通信、医疗保健等消费热点逐步形成，对相关产业发展的导向作用也日趋明显，但消费需求结构与产业结构的和谐度仍存在提高的空间，产业发展仍存在结构不合理、技术含量低、产品竞争力不够等问题，不能很好的适应消费需求的变化。消费需求结构的变化是产业结构转换的根本动因之一。因此，为适应消费需求的变化，产业结构应作如下调整：加快调整农业产业结构，打造生态安全农业；巩固和发展消费品工业，，增强核心产业的竞争力；大力发展旅游产业、文化教育产业、体育产业、医疗保健养老产业等第三产业，努力拓展消费空间；重点发展房地产业、汽车产业、节能环保等产业。
[Abstract]:At present, China has entered the key stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Further deepening the reform and opening up and speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development are the top priorities of the current work. The 18 report points out that the mode of economic development should be transformed. Enhancing the impetus of innovation to economic development and making economic development more driven by domestic demand, especially consumer demand, this is a clear road map for the economic transformation of our country. This paper aims to expand domestic demand. Under the background of changing the mode of economic development into the focus of economic work and taking consumption demand as the starting point, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of consumption demand and industrial structure in China. Through the qualitative analysis of the relationship between consumption demand and industrial structure and the empirical study of harmony, the harmonious degree between the consumption demand structure and industrial structure is obtained by predicting the development trend of consumption demand in the future. And on this basis put forward the industrial structure adjustment of specific policy recommendations. This article mainly uses the correspondence analysis, the cluster analysis, the gray correlation analysis and the harmony analysis and so on, to our country east, west and west and the northeast area. Different income levels of urban residents' consumption demand as well as urban and rural residents' consumption demand are analyzed and demonstrated in detail, and the trend of consumption demand in the next five years is forecasted by grey correlation analysis. And the harmonious degree between consumption demand structure and industrial structure is measured. The conclusion is that the level of consumption demand of Chinese residents is constantly rising, consumption structure is constantly optimized and reasonable, culture and education, transportation and communication. Health care and other consumption hot spots are gradually formed, the guiding role of the development of related industries is becoming increasingly obvious, but there is still room for improvement of the harmonious degree between the consumption demand structure and the industrial structure, and there is still unreasonable structure in the industrial development. Technology content is low, product competitiveness is not enough, can not adapt to the change of consumer demand. The change of consumption demand structure is one of the fundamental drivers of industrial structure transformation. Therefore, in order to adapt to the change of consumer demand. The industrial structure should be adjusted as follows: speed up the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, create ecological security agriculture; Consolidate and develop consumer goods industry and enhance the competitiveness of core industries; Vigorously develop tourism industry, culture and education industry, sports industry, medical care and old-age care industry and other tertiary industries, and strive to expand the consumption space; Focus on the development of real estate, automobile industry, energy conservation and environmental protection industries.
