【摘要】：在区域经济发展日趋全球化和一体化的时代背景下，区域产业结构与经济发展的关系受到空前重视。一方面，，区域的发展水平、资源禀赋状况及社会经济条件等因素决定着区域经济发展过程中的产业选择，制约着区域产业结构的层次和水平；另一方面，依存于区域特定环境条件下的产业结构，不仅能够反映一个国家或地区的经济发展阶段和发展潜力，而且在促进区域经济增长中发挥着基础性作用，影响着区域经济发展方向的选择、发展速度的快慢以及发展目标的实现。在区域经济发展和产业结构调整的互动关系中，产业结构优化调整能力的高低在很大程度上决定着区域之间经济实力的差异。本文把沈阳经济区产业结构协调发展研究作为选题，首先从理论层面上探讨产业结构变动与区域经济发展之间的关系。其次从区域经济学和产业经济学的角度，阐述了沈阳经济区应如何发挥自身优势，调整和改造传统产业，积极培育战略性高新技术产业，实现资源的合理开发和综合利用。最后为沈阳经济区产业结构的协调发展提出了具体的对策建议。在具体论述上，首先运用产业结构静态分析法对沈阳经济区三次产业结构进行分析，论证了沈阳经济区产业的优势、不足和制约因素；其次运用产业结构动态分析法定量分析了沈阳经济区产业结构的变动情况，得出了沈阳经济区三次产业结构基本合理，区域产业结构竞争能力逐步提高；再次通过构建沈阳经济区人口-经济-环境耦合协调发展指标体系，测度了沈阳经济区人口-经济-环境耦合协调发展情况，得出了必须把科学发展观作为区域经济协调发展的核心，政府应加强宏观调控力度，市场应充分发挥在资源配置中的基础性作用，从而实现沈阳经济区人口-经济-环境耦合协调发展。最后通过因子分析法对沈阳经济区各城市的综合竞争力进行排名，并依据其排名进行综合性分析。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the globalization and integration of regional economic development, the relationship between regional industrial structure and economic development has received unprecedented attention. On the one hand, the level of regional development. Resource endowment and social and economic conditions determine the choice of industry in the process of regional economic development and restrict the level and level of regional industrial structure. On the other hand, the industrial structure, which depends on the specific environment of the region, can not only reflect the stage of economic development and development potential of a country or region, but also play a fundamental role in promoting regional economic growth. It affects the choice of the direction of regional economic development, the speed of development and the realization of development goals. In the interactive relationship between regional economic development and industrial structure adjustment. The ability to optimize and adjust the industrial structure determines to a great extent the difference of regional economic strength. This paper studies the coordinated development of the industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone as the topic. Firstly, the relationship between the change of industrial structure and the development of regional economy is discussed theoretically. Secondly, from the angle of regional economics and industrial economics, this paper expounds how Shenyang economic zone should give play to its own advantages. Adjusting and reforming traditional industries, actively cultivating strategic high-tech industries, realizing rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of resources, and finally, putting forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of the industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone. In the specific discussion, firstly, the static analysis method of industrial structure is used to analyze the third industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone, and the advantages, disadvantages and restrictive factors of Shenyang Economic Zone industry are demonstrated. Secondly, using the dynamic analysis of industrial structure, quantitative analysis of the changes in the industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone, it is concluded that the third industrial structure of Shenyang Economic Zone is basically reasonable, and the competitiveness of regional industrial structure is gradually improved. Thirdly, by constructing the index system of population-economy-environment coupling and coordinated development in Shenyang economic zone, the paper measures the coordinated development of demography-economy-environment coupling in Shenyang economic zone. It is concluded that the scientific development view must be regarded as the core of the coordinated development of regional economy, the government should strengthen the macro-control, and the market should give full play to the basic role in the allocation of resources. In order to realize the coordinated development of population, economy and environment in Shenyang Economic Zone, the comprehensive competitiveness of the cities in Shenyang Economic Zone is ranked by factor analysis method, and the comprehensive analysis is carried out according to its rank.
