【摘要】：大力发展新经济,打造经济增长新引擎,释放经济发展新动能,是我国进入全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的必然要求,是正确引领经济新常态的迫切需要。近年来,中国新经济蓬勃发展,进一步加快发展新经济,培育壮大新动能,要牢固树立创新发展理念,深入贯彻实施创新驱动发展战略,大力推进大众创业、万众创新;以供给侧结构性改革为主线,推进体制机制改革全面深化,优化新经济发展的制度环境;以人力资源为支撑,充分激发人才的创新创业动力,促进创新创业活力竞相迸发;深刻认识技术发展变化趋势,把握技术变革方向,支持前沿领域研发拓展;大力改善新经济发展的金融环境,形成多元化资本投入渠道,促进大量社会资本涌入。
[Abstract]:Vigorously developing the new economy, building a new engine of economic growth and releasing new momentum of economic development are the inevitable requirements for China to enter the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and are the urgent needs for correctly leading the new normal of the economy in recent years. China's new economy is booming, further accelerate the development of new economy, cultivate new momentum, we must firmly establish the concept of innovation and development, in-depth implementation of innovation driven development strategy, vigorously promote mass entrepreneurship, innovation; Taking the supply-side structural reform as the main line, promoting the overall deepening of the system and mechanism reform, optimizing the institutional environment for the development of the new economy, taking the human resources as the support, fully stimulating the innovative entrepreneurial motive force of the talented people, and promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship vigor to burst out. Deeply understand the trend of technological development and change, grasp the direction of technological change, support the development of frontier fields, improve the financial environment of the development of new economy, form diversified channels of capital investment, and promote the influx of a large amount of social capital.
