乌克兰在中国主导的一带一路中的参与、机遇、挑战和前景

【摘要】：本篇论文研究了乌克兰是否能够成为"新丝绸之路"上的枢纽国,分析了北京所能从中得到的收益,旨在从多层次的角度探究乌克兰针对中国的这一倡议所采取的战略行为和可能的参与方式,因而采用了经济学和政治学学科的理论框架,即博弈论、均衡理论和区位优势理论。本文假定了两个前提条件:一是北京"一带一路"倡议能够成功推进;二是俄罗斯和乌克兰的军事冲突将在长期中停止。在微观的层面上,这篇文章也剖析了途径乌克兰与中乌之间的"一带一路"倡议路线,并且比照了其他现存及潜在的途径中欧东欧地区的路线。同时,这篇研究还分析了乌克兰的投资环境并发掘了在中欧和东欧被看好的地区,这些地区能够成功落实"一带一路"倡议所带来的投资机会且因此受益较多。本文的主旨在于回答乌克兰成为"丝绸之路"上中枢国家的可能与否。
[Abstract]:This paper studies whether Ukraine can become a pivotal country on the "New Silk Road" and analyzes the benefits that Beijing can derive from it.The purpose of this paper is to probe into the strategic behavior and possible participation mode of Ukraine in response to this initiative in China from a multi-level perspective, thus adopting the theoretical framework of economics and political science, that is, game theory, equilibrium theory and location advantage theory.This paper assumes two preconditions: first, the Beijing "Belt and Road" initiative can be successfully promoted; second, the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine will be stopped in the long term.At the micro level, the article also analyzes the route of the "Belt and Road" initiative between Ukraine and China and compares with other existing and potential routes in Central and Eastern Europe.The study also analyzes Ukraine's investment environment and explores promising regions in central and eastern Europe that have successfully implemented and benefited from the investment opportunities created by Belt and Road's initiative.The main purpose of this paper is to answer the possibility of Ukraine becoming a central state on the Silk Road.
