中原经济区区域经济差异及协调发展研究

【摘要】：区域经济差异是经济发展中的正常规律，但同时也阻碍了经济的可持续发展。如何缩小区域间经济差异，进而实现经济协调发展是经济学家的研究热点问题之一。本文以中原经济区为研究对象，将其分为四个次级区域，运用理论和实证分析相结合的方法，分析中原经济区区域经济差异现状和各影响因素的作用程度。从而得出中原经济区区域经济绝对差异在逐年扩大，相对差异呈现波动趋势，，同时实证结果显示影响中原经济区各次级区域经济差异的主要原因各有不同，在实际经济发展过程中需要采取相应的对策。全文共分为六章。第一章是概括描述国内外学者关于区域经济差异的研究成果并进行评述；第二章是关于区域经济均衡发展理论、区域经济非均衡发展理论以及区域经济协调发展等理论的总述和本文研究方法的简介；第三章对中原经济区进一步划分为四个区域，再对各次级区域2000年至2012年间的经济差异进行分析。分析经济差异时主要采用标准差来分析绝对差异，变异系数来分析相对差异，然后再运用泰尔系数来衡量地区经济差异，并对其进行地区分解。研究得出中原经济区各次区域绝对差异逐年扩大，相对差异在2006年以后缓慢下降；第四章实证分析影响中原经济区经济差异的主要原因，通过对物质资本、人力资本、市场化程度和第二产业增加值比重等几个重要指标分别对四个次区域进行面板数据固定效应和个体随机效应模型分析，分析显示物质资本、人力资本对四个次区域都经济增长有明显的贡献，但贡献程度略有不同，第二产业增加值比重和市场化程度对中原协作区和东南地区经济增长的贡献明显大于物质资本和人力资本，但第二产业增加值比重对豫中地区、晋豫黄河经济区的经济增长并没有明显的贡献。所以，第二产业增加值比重和市场化程度是形成各次区域经济差异的主要因素，物质资本和人力资本对经济差异也产生了一定的影响；第五章根据第四章的结论对中原经济区经济发展提出各区域要增加对经济增长有利的各要素投入，从而实现区域经济快速增长；第六章是对文章的总结和未来研究方向的展望。
[Abstract]:Regional economic difference is the normal law of economic development, but it also hinders the sustainable development of economy.How to narrow the regional economic difference and realize the coordinated development of economy is one of the hot issues for economists.This paper takes the Central Plains Economic Zone as the research object and divides it into four sub-regions. By using the method of combining theory and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the present situation of the regional economic difference and the action degree of the influencing factors in the Central Plains Economic Zone.It is concluded that the absolute regional economic difference of the Central Plains Economic Zone is expanding year by year, and the relative difference is fluctuating. Meanwhile, the empirical results show that the main reasons that affect the economic differences in each sub-region of the Central Plains Economic Zone are different.In the actual economic development process needs to take the corresponding countermeasure.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is a general description of the domestic and foreign scholars on regional economic differences and comments on the second chapter is about the theory of balanced development of regional economy.The overview of the theory of unbalanced development of regional economy and the coordinated development of regional economy and a brief introduction of the research methods in this paper. Chapter three further divides the Central Plains Economic Zone into four regions.Then the economic differences between 2000 and 2012 in each sub-region were analyzed.When analyzing the economic difference, the standard deviation is used to analyze the absolute difference, the coefficient of variation to analyze the relative difference, and then the Tyr coefficient is used to measure the regional economic difference, and the regional decomposition is carried out.The results show that the absolute difference of the Central Plains Economic Zone expands year by year and the relative difference decreases slowly after 2006. The fourth chapter empirically analyzes the main reasons that affect the economic difference of the Central Plains Economic Zone, through the material capital, human capital.Several important indicators, such as the degree of marketization and the proportion of the added value of the secondary industry, analyze the fixed panel data effect and the individual random effect model of the four sub-regions respectively, and the analysis shows that the material capital.Human capital has contributed significantly to economic growth in all four subregions, but to a slightly different extent.The contribution of added value and marketization of secondary industry to the economic growth of the Central Plains Cooperation area and Southeast China is obviously greater than that of material capital and human capital, but the proportion of added value of secondary industry to the central Henan province,The economic growth of Shanxi and Henan Yellow River Economic Zone has no obvious contribution.Therefore, the proportion of added value and the degree of marketization of the secondary industry are the main factors to form the regional economic differences, and the material capital and human capital also have a certain impact on the economic differences.According to the conclusion of the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter puts forward that the economic development of the Central Plains Economic Zone should increase the input of all factors favorable to the economic growth so as to realize the rapid growth of the regional economy. Chapter six is the summary of the article and the prospect of the future research direction.
