明溪县淮山产业发展对策研究

【摘要】：推动淮山产业的发展对于拓展农民增收渠道、促进农村经济发展具有重要意义,近年来,我国淮山产业发展规模逐步扩大,品种结构逐步得到优化。明溪县是我国著名的淮山之乡,具有悠久的淮山种植历史。近几年,明溪县更是将淮山发展作为战略发展的重要切入点,优化淮山产业布局,不断提高淮山精细加工能力,逐步形成了具有明溪县特色的淮山产业发展路径,品牌影响力不断得到提升,但随着对外开放程度的不断加深,淮山产业发展面临的市场竞争也越来越激烈,经济全球化趋势的不断加强使得明溪县淮山产业发展面临巨大的机遇与挑战。在这种背景下,论文以明溪县淮山产业发展为例,利用实地调研的数据资料,分析其产业发展的优势以及劣势、战略机会等,并指出目前在发展方面存在的诸多问题,最后提出了相对应的发展策略。进一步丰富完善了淮山产业化发展的相关理论,同时对明溪县淮山产业的进一步发展来说,具有重要的实践指导意义,此外为全国其他地区实施淮山的产业化经营提供了良好的借鉴。论文综合运用文献梳理法、定量分析与定性分析相结合等方法,首先对国内外相关文献资料进行梳理,发现已有研究存在的不足,同时介绍了产业发展的理论基础,其次论文在实地调研的基础上,利用获得的数据资料,对明溪县淮山产业发展的现状以及SWOT进行了分析,最后结合相关成功案例,提出了对应的政策建议。论文得出的主要研究结论有:(1)近年来,明溪县淮山产业发展取得了显著成效,主要表现在淮山品质不断得到提升、政策扶持力度不断加大、品牌效应不断提升、产业一体化初具规模等。(2)明溪淮山产业发展存在的问题主要有资金和土地流转制约较大、市场化水平较低、龙头企业带动能力不够、科技开发与创新能力不足、淮山销售途径有待拓宽、种植户的组织化程度较低、管理与技术人员缺乏等。(3)为了推动明溪县淮山产业稳步发展,需要逐步完善企业与农户的利益分配机制、提高淮山产业发展中的科技含量、主动与科研机构合作,建立产品研发平台、快淮山良种培育,不断提升淮山的产量与质量、扶持一批淮山深加工的龙头企业等。
[Abstract]:Promoting the development of Huai Mountain industry is of great significance to expand the channels of farmers' income and promote the development of rural economy. In recent years, the scale of development of Huai Mountain industry in China has been gradually expanded, and the variety structure has been gradually optimized. Mingxi County is a famous hometown of Huai Mountain in China, with a long history of planting Huai Mountain. In recent years, Mingxi County has taken the development of Huai Mountain as an important entry point for strategic development, optimized the industrial layout of Huai Mountain, continuously improved the fine processing capacity of Huai Mountain, and gradually formed the development path of Huaishan industry with the characteristics of Minxi County. Brand influence has been continuously promoted, but with the deepening of the degree of opening to the outside world, the market competition facing the development of Huaishan industry is becoming more and more fierce. With the increasing trend of economic globalization, the development of Huaishan industry in Mingxi County is faced with great opportunities and challenges. Under this background, taking the Huaishan industry development of Mingxi county as an example, using the data of field investigation, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, strategic opportunities and so on of its industrial development, and points out many problems existing in the development at present. Finally, the corresponding development strategy is put forward. It further enriches and perfects the relevant theories for the development of Huai Mountain industrialization, and at the same time, it has important practical guiding significance for the further development of Huaishan industry in Mingxi County. In addition, other regions of the country to implement the industrialization of Huai Mountain to provide a good reference. The paper synthetically uses the literature combing method, the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis and so on method, first carries on the combing to the domestic and foreign related literature data, discovers the insufficiency which the existing research exists, at the same time introduced the industry development theory foundation. Secondly, based on the field investigation and the data obtained, the paper analyzes the current situation of Huaishan industry development and SWOT in Mingxi County, and finally puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations combined with the relevant successful cases. The main conclusions of this paper are: (1) in recent years, the development of Huaishan industry in Mingxi County has achieved remarkable results, mainly reflected in the continuous improvement of Huaishan quality, the increasing of policy support and the promotion of brand effect. The main problems in the industrial development of Mingxi Huaishan are that the capital and land circulation are restricted, the marketization level is low, the leading enterprises' driving capacity is not enough, and the scientific and technological development and innovation ability is insufficient. In order to promote the steady development of Huaishan industry in Mingxi County, it is necessary to gradually perfect the benefit distribution mechanism of enterprises and farmers. To improve the scientific and technological content of Huai Mountain industry, to cooperate with scientific research institutions, to establish a platform for product research and development, to improve the production and quality of Huai Mountain, and to support a group of leading enterprises in deep processing of Huai Mountain, etc.
