海峡西岸经济区金融创新对经济发展方式转变的作用研究

【摘要】：金融创新不仅是我国金融业发展的动力源泉,也是转变我国经济发展方式的重要推动力。现代意义上广义的金融创新包括金融制度、金融市场、金融业务和金融机构等方面的创新。金融创新在推动金融业蓬勃发展的同时,可以通过刺激扩大消费需求、促进产业结构和经济结构调整以及技术创新等作用途径来推动经济发展方式的转变。现阶段我国经济发展方式转变包括了三个递进的关系层次,即以经济增长方式转变为基础,从追求经济增长数量到追求经济增长质量的转变；从追求单一的经济增长向追求经济和社会协调发展的转变；从追求物质财富的增长向追求人与自然协调发展,节约资源和保护环境并重的方式转变。通过理论分析可以发现,金融创新可以通过增强金融功能、满足经济转型过程中的金融需求对加快经济发展方式转变起着推动作用。海峡西岸经济区(本文简称海西经济区)作为国务院确定的金融改革试验区,近几年来在区域金融制度、金融市场、金融业务及金融机构等诸多方面进行了一系列的改革与创新,取得了显著的成绩。通过对其现状的分析及定量实证分析,结果表明,海西经济区的金融创新,大力推动了区域内金融业的发展,推进了经济发展方式的转变。金融创新及转变经济发展方式是海西经济区未来数十年面临的主要任务及重要课题,为更好地完成这一任务,在理论与实证分析的基础上,提出了一些相应的政策建议,主要包括构建服务经济发展方式转变的金融支持系统；进一步放开金融市场准入制度；进一步加大金融产品的创新力度；积极推进区域内金融机构横向合作；创建金融创新与经济转型研究基地等。
[Abstract]:Financial innovation is not only the motive source of the development of China's financial industry, but also an important driving force to change the mode of economic development in our country. The broad sense of financial innovation in modern sense includes financial system, financial market, financial business and financial institutions. While promoting the vigorous development of financial industry, financial innovation can promote the transformation of economic development mode by stimulating the expansion of consumer demand, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and economic structure, and technological innovation. At present, the transformation of the mode of economic development in our country includes three levels of progressive relations, that is, the transformation from the quantity of economic growth to the quality of economic growth based on the transformation of economic growth mode; From the pursuit of a single economic growth to the pursuit of coordinated economic and social development, from the pursuit of the growth of material wealth to the pursuit of the coordinated development of man and nature, the conservation of resources and the protection of the environment. Through theoretical analysis, it can be found that financial innovation can promote the transformation of economic development mode by enhancing the financial function and satisfying the financial demand in the process of economic transformation. The Economic Zone on the West Bank of the Straits (hereinafter referred to as the Hercynian Economic Zone) is the experimental area for financial reform as determined by the State Council. In recent years, it has been in the regional financial system, the financial market, A series of reforms and innovations have been carried out in many aspects, such as financial business and financial institutions, and remarkable achievements have been made. Through the analysis of the present situation and the quantitative empirical analysis, the results show that the financial innovation in the Hercynian Economic Zone has greatly promoted the development of the financial industry in the region and promoted the transformation of the economic development mode. Financial innovation and transformation of economic development mode are the main tasks and important topics facing the Hercynian Economic Zone in the coming decades. In order to accomplish this task better, on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis, some corresponding policy suggestions are put forward. It mainly includes the construction of financial support system for the transformation of service economic development mode; further liberalizing the financial market access system; further strengthening the innovation of financial products; actively promoting horizontal cooperation of financial institutions in the region; Create financial innovation and economic transformation research base.
