北京房山区经济可持续发展路径研究

【摘要】：本研究从现阶段困扰房山区经济转型发展的主要难题入手，系统探究阻碍北京房山经济协调、可持续发展成因。以科学发展观理论为基础，借鉴国内外区域经济可持续发展理论成果与成功经验，探讨北京房山经济发展的创新思路与具体做法。论文主要内容包括以下五个部分第一部分导论部分，简要阐述了问题的提出与研究背景，回顾国内外可持续发展路径相关理论，并指出现有研究的不足及本研究的创新之处。第二部分对相关概念体系进行界定，阐述可持续发展理论的由来和中国化马克思主义发展理论的最新成果，分析可持续发展观对科学发展观的科学适用性，推导科学发展观的指导意义。第三部分论述了改革开放以来处于经济转型期的房山经济发展现状和问题，从资源、生态、产业难题，，推导制约其·发展的主客观原因，为因地制宜制定发展路径战略奠定现实基础。第四部分借鉴“焦作现象”和乌镇“困境”两个区域发展案例，对比经验与反思，以科学发展观为先导，总结经济可持续发展路径研究的实践经验。第五部分以科学发展观为基本要求，针对房山区具体资源特点，提出相应的对策和思路，通过运用区域经济学、市场经济理论、旅游文化学等理论和相关学科知识，借鉴“文化产业加快经济发展”的转型思路,着眼于以房山区为典型代表“京郊区域经济”实际特点，最后从产业结构、社会公共服务、文化软实力、生态经济四个基础方向，提出对房山经济可持续发展具有借鉴性的“四思路”建议。
[Abstract]:This study starts with the main problems that haunt the economic transformation and development of Fangshan District at present, and systematically explores the causes of hindering the economic coordination and sustainable development of Fangshan Mountain in Beijing. On the basis of the theory of scientific development view, and drawing on the theoretical achievements and successful experiences of regional economic sustainable development at home and abroad, this paper probes into the innovative ideas and concrete practices for the economic development of Fangshan in Beijing. The main contents of the thesis include the following five parts The first part of the introduction briefly describes the problem and the research background, reviews the relevant theories of sustainable development path at home and abroad, and points out the shortcomings of the existing research and the innovation of this study. The second part defines the related concept system, expounds the origin of sustainable development theory and the latest achievements of Chinese Marxist development theory, and analyzes the scientific applicability of sustainable development concept to the scientific development view. To deduce the guiding significance of the scientific development view. The third part discusses the current situation and problems of Fangshan's economic development in the period of economic transformation since the reform and opening up, deduces the subjective and objective reasons that restrict the development of Fangshan from the problems of resources, ecology and industry. It lays a realistic foundation for formulating development path strategy according to local conditions. The fourth part draws lessons from "Jiaozuo phenomenon" and "predicament" of Wuzhen two regional development cases, compares the experience and reflection, taking the scientific development view as the forerunner, summarizes the practical experience of the economic sustainable development path research. The fifth part takes the scientific development view as the basic request, according to the Fangshan area concrete resources characteristic, proposes the corresponding countermeasure and the thought, through the use of the regional economics, the market economy theory, the tourism culturology and so on theory and the related discipline knowledge, Referring to the idea of "accelerating the economic development of cultural industry", focusing on Fangshan District as a typical representative of the actual characteristics of "Beijing suburb economy", finally from the industrial structure, social public service, cultural soft power, ecological economy four basic directions. This paper puts forward four ideas for the sustainable development of Fangshan economy.
