基于产业升级导向的江西省汽车产业集群发展对策研究

【摘要】：随着经济的发展，经济全球化进程的加速，国外汽车企业日益占据全球汽车价值链中附加值高的位置。虽然我国汽车年销量连续五年排名第一，但其散、乱、弱、小的地位仍未发生根本性的改变，汽车产业的整体发展质量还难尽人意。汽车产业要想得到健康有序的发展，坚持转型升级才是最根本的出路。如今，经济竞争又演变为产业集群的竞争，区域产业集群对一个国家或地区的经济发展有着至关重要的作用。江西省汽车产业集群如何紧跟时代的步伐，以产业升级为导向，发展先进成熟的汽车产业集群，是重要且亟待解决的问题。 本文通过对产业升级、产业集群的相关理论的回顾，界定了汽车产业升级的内涵及其与汽车产业集群的关联。接着，在对江西省汽车产业发展整体情况、四大重点汽车产业集群发展历程概述的基础上，分析了我省汽车产业集群发展的优势以及存在的问题。然后讨论了江西省汽车产业升级的目标、发展模式以及运用层次分析法确定江西省汽车产业升级的关键影响因素。最后，根据对江西省汽车产业升级的分析提出了江西省汽车产业集群发展的相应对策与建议，并以南昌小蓝经济开发区汽车产业集群作为典型案例，具体分析了以产业升级为导向的汽车产业集群发展中的相关问题，，以求为江西省汽车产业集群的发展提供参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the acceleration of economic globalization, foreign automobile enterprises increasingly occupy a high value-added position in the global automotive value chain. Although China's annual sales volume ranks first for five consecutive years, its scattered, chaotic, weak and small status has not been fundamentally changed, and the overall development quality of the automobile industry is still unsatisfactory. In order to get healthy and orderly development of automobile industry, it is the most fundamental way to persist in transformation and upgrading. Nowadays, economic competition has evolved into the competition of industrial clusters. Regional industrial clusters play an important role in the economic development of a country or region. How to keep pace with the times, how to develop the advanced and mature automobile industry cluster is an important and urgent problem to be solved. By reviewing the related theories of industrial upgrading and industrial cluster, this paper defines the connotation of automobile industry upgrading and its relation with automobile industry cluster. Then, on the basis of the overview of the development course of the four key automobile industry clusters in Jiangxi province, the advantages and problems of the development of the automobile industry clusters in Jiangxi Province are analyzed. Then, the paper discusses the goal, development mode and the key factors of automobile industry upgrading in Jiangxi province by using AHP. Finally, according to the analysis of the automobile industry upgrading in Jiangxi Province, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the automobile industry cluster in Jiangxi Province are put forward, and the automobile industry cluster in Xiaolan Economic Development Zone of Nanchang is taken as a typical case. In order to provide reference for the development of automobile industry cluster in Jiangxi province, this paper analyzes the related problems in the development of automobile industry cluster guided by industrial upgrading.
