鄱阳湖区产业结构与人才结构适配研究

【摘要】：目前，，我国的经济结构已经步入调整期，东部发达地区丧失优势的产业正在向中西部欠发达地区转移，鄱阳湖区面临着承接产业转移的挑战。鄱阳湖区产业结构的调整必然要求人才结构与之相适配，这样人才才能够充分发挥其作用，促进产业结构升级，从而促进整个鄱阳湖区经济的发展。 本文首先对产业、产业结构及人才、人才结构的概念做了界定，并且回顾了产业结构与人才结构适配的文献；其次，分析了鄱阳湖区的产业结构与人才结构的现状；然后，选取鄱阳湖区典型城市南昌，对其产业结构与人才结构适配做实证分析；再次，运用定性和定量相结合的方法对鄱阳湖区产业结构与人才结构适配做出预测；最后，结合前面的分析，提出合理推进鄱阳湖区产业结构与人才结构适配的五条政策建议。 本文的创新之处在于：一是研究视角的创新。本论文从科技进步、产业结构调整、人才结构调整系统化的视角来深入研究产业结构与人才结构的互动关系。二是研究内容的创新。鄱阳湖区是国家重点发展经济区，就目前来说，系统研究鄱阳湖区的产业结构与人才结构关系的文献相对较少，本文就区内产业结构与人才结构的适配进行了深入分析。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economic structure has entered a period of adjustment. The industries in the eastern developed areas are transferring to the less developed areas in the central and Western regions. The Poyang Lake region is facing the challenge of undertaking the industrial transfer. The adjustment of the industrial structure in the Poyang Lake region will inevitably require the structure of talents to be matched with it, so that the talents can play their full role and promote it. Upgrade the industrial structure and promote the economic development of the whole Poyang Lake district.
Firstly, this paper defines the concepts of industry, industrial structure, talent structure, and reviews the literature on the adaptation of industrial structure and talent structure; secondly, it analyzes the current situation of industrial structure and talent structure in Poyang Lake region; then, it selects Nanchang, a typical city in Poyang Lake region, to make sure the adaptation of industrial structure and talent structure. Thirdly, the paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to predict the industrial structure and talent structure adaptation in Poyang Lake region. Finally, combining with the previous analysis, it puts forward five policy suggestions to propel the industrial structure and talent structure adaptation in Poyang Lake region.
The innovation of this paper lies in: firstly, the innovation of research perspective. This paper studies the interaction between industrial structure and talent structure from the perspectives of scientific and technological progress, industrial structure adjustment and talent structure systematization. There are few literatures about the relationship between industrial structure and talent structure in Yanghu District. This paper makes a deep analysis on the adaptation of industrial structure and talent structure in Yanghu District.
