“一带一路”战略下西部地区的对外开放与机制创新

【摘要】：随着"一带一路"战略的实施,我国全方位对外开放新格局正逐步形成,新形势下西部地区对外开放的内外部环境发生了重大变化。创新西部地区对外开放机制,是西部地区深度融入"一带一路"建设的大趋势。西部地区不能简单地复制沿海地区的经验,应在深化投资贸易便利化改革,完善双向投资布局机制,强化金融创新机制,拓展对外开放新空间,构建多层次的对外开放合作机制等方面进行创新,全面提升对外开放水平。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the strategy of "Belt and Road", a new pattern of all-round opening to the outside world in China is gradually formed, and the internal and external environment of the opening up in the western region has undergone great changes under the new situation. Innovating the mechanism of opening to the outside world in the western region is the trend of deep integration of the western region into the construction of Belt and Road. The western region should not simply copy the experience of the coastal areas, but should deepen the reform of investment and trade facilitation, perfect the two-way investment layout mechanism, strengthen the financial innovation mechanism, and expand the new space for opening up to the outside world. Build a multi-level open-door cooperation mechanism and other aspects of innovation to improve the level of opening-up.
