基于EKC的昆明市经济增长与环境污染关系研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速增长以及城市化进程的推进,当代我们人类面临着越来越多的环境问题。因为全球环境日趋恶化,愈来愈多的人敏锐地意识到这一关乎人类生存问题的重要性。在很多国家,环境情况已成为制定政策必不可少的因素,,经济增长与环境污染的关系也受到愈来愈多的学者的关注。 本文采用1999-2011年昆明市的相关数据,对经济增长与环境污染进行了回归分析,选用工业废水、工业烟尘、工业SO2、和工业粉尘排放量作为本研究的环境污染指标。经济增长指标采用的是人均GDP,通过建立人均GDP与所选环境污染指标的计量模型并分析了两者之间关系,得出如下结论:除了工业二氧化硫与人均GDP之间则呈现线性上升关系之外,工业废水排放量、工业粉尘排放量和工业烟尘排放量的环境库兹涅茨曲线都呈现正“U”型。在实证研究的基础上,论文提出了昆明市经济增长与环境实现协调发展对策建议。 论文共分五部分。第一部分为绪论。本部分阐述了研究昆明市经济增长与环境污染的重要意义,然后通过经济增长与环境污染相关研究述评探讨研究昆明市经济增长与环境污染的方法,最后提出研究的基本思路与技术路线。第二部分为基础概念和相关理论介绍。对EKC理论以及工业化阶段理论进行了阐述。第三部分为昆明市的经济增长与环境污染现状分析。包括昆明市经济增长状况分析、环境质量及主要污染物状况分析、工业化发展阶段分析。第四部分为昆明市经济增长与环境污染关系的实证分析。具体包括模型的构建、实证检验和结果分析等。第五部分提出了昆明应加快产业结构调整与优化、加快技术创新与应用等对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of economy and the advancement of urbanization, human beings are facing more and more environmental problems. As the global environment deteriorates, more and more people are acutely aware of the importance of this problem. In many countries, environmental conditions have become an indispensable factor in policy making, and the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution has attracted more and more scholars' attention. Based on the relevant data of Kunming City from 1999 to 2011, the regression analysis of economic growth and environmental pollution was carried out. Industrial wastewater, industrial smoke dust, industrial SO2, and industrial dust emissions were selected as the environmental pollution indexes of this study. The economic growth index adopts the per capita GDP, to establish the econometric model of the per capita GDP and the selected environmental pollution index, and analyzes the relationship between the two. The conclusions are as follows: in addition to the linear relationship between industrial sulfur dioxide and per capita GDP, the environmental Kuznets curve of industrial wastewater discharge, industrial dust emission and industrial smoke emission all show positive "U" shape. On the basis of empirical research, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for coordinated development between economic growth and environment in Kunming. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. This part describes the significance of studying Kunming's economic growth and environmental pollution, and then discusses the methods of studying Kunming's economic growth and environmental pollution through the review of related research on economic growth and environmental pollution. Finally, the basic thinking and technical route of the research are put forward. The second part is the introduction of basic concepts and related theories. The theory of EKC and the theory of industrialization stage are expounded. The third part is the analysis of Kunming's economic growth and environmental pollution. It includes the analysis of Kunming's economic growth, environmental quality and main pollutants, and the stage of industrialization. The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution in Kunming. It includes the construction of model, empirical test and result analysis. The fifth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as speeding up the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, speeding up technological innovation and application in Kunming.
