股权众筹平台与新三板服务业行业风险对比分析——基于卡方检验的研究

【摘要】：众筹业整体规模呈猛增之势,股权众筹更是成为融资方和投资者偏好的投融资方式,然而股权众筹融资企业往往为初创型企业,企业规模小,成立时间短,同时现有风险模型较少涉及此类企业的信用风险分析,因此股权众筹融资企业存在逆向选择的可能性。文章运用Z评分模型分析了新三板和股权众筹平台餐饮行业、酒店行业、教育行业和零售行业的整体风险情况,并利用卡方检验分析两个平台上述行业风险是否存在较大偏差,最后对投资者在股权众筹平台的投资以及股权众筹平台对融资项目信用风险管理提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:The overall scale of crowdfunding industry is increasing rapidly, and equity crowdfunding has become the preferred way of investment and financing for financing parties and investors. However, crowdfunding enterprises are often startups, with small scale and short time of establishment. At the same time, the existing risk models rarely involve the credit risk analysis of this kind of enterprises, so there is the possibility of adverse selection in the stock raising and financing enterprises. This paper analyzes the overall risk situation of catering industry, hotel industry, education industry and retail industry by using Z scoring model, and analyzes whether there is a big deviation in the risks of these two platforms by chi-square test. Finally, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the investment of investors in the equity crowdfunding platform and the credit risk management of the financing project by the shareholding crowdfunding platform.
