【摘要】：随着我国经济的高速发展和城乡居民生活水平的不断提高,人们更加注重对精神生活的追求。经济的发展伴随着一系列社会问题和生态环境问题的出现,寻求新的发展道路是我国现阶段首要解决的问题。在长时期的社会主义建设中探索出了一条新的发展道路——大发展文化产业,将文化产业投入到社会主义市场经济的浪潮中,既要发展经济,又要增强文化软实力,为先进文化的发展指明方向,促进我国文化市场的繁荣发展。强调要大力发展文化产业,使发展文化产业成为加快经济发展的主要方式,强调要加速发展文化产业、大力开发文化市场。将文化产业发展成为"黄金产业",为经济发展带来了强大的动力。在当前的时代背景下我们认识到:提高文化产业的竞争力就成为当前的首要任务。本文选定京哈—京广铁路沿线经济带这一范围,京哈—京广铁路是贯通中国南北方的一条重要铁路线,沿线经济带在中国居于重要的地位。在该经济带中,文化产业对经济发展做出贡献越来越明显。交通经济带理论、增长极理论、产业集群理论、产业融合理论是本文应用的相关理论,明确了经济带提出的理论依据,及文化产业的发展模式。待理论基础分析完成后,又通过阅读相关文献,搜集整理数据资料。运用定量分析的发法,对经济带中"八省二市"的文化产业竞争力进行分析与评价,得出相应的结果。随后对各省市的文化产业竞争力进行了深入剖析,并根据各地区的优势和劣势,因地制宜,结合当前新形势、新政策按照宏观—中观—微观的思路,提出"两线两区"、"一体两翼"、"五点五基地"的发展模式和相应的发展策略来提高该经济带文化产业的整体竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of the living standards of urban and rural residents, people pay more attention to the pursuit of spiritual life. The economic development is accompanied by a series of social problems and ecological environmental problems. Seeking a new way of development is the first problem to be solved in our country at the present stage. In the long period of socialist construction, we have explored a new way of development-the great development of cultural industry. To put cultural industry into the wave of socialist market economy, we should not only develop economy, but also strengthen the soft power of culture so as to point out the direction for the development of advanced culture. To promote the prosperity and development of China's cultural market. It is emphasized to vigorously develop cultural industries, so that the development of cultural industries become the main way to speed up economic development, and emphasize the need to accelerate the development of cultural industries. Vigorously develop the cultural market and develop the cultural industry into a "gold industry". This has given a powerful impetus to economic development. In the context of the present era, we recognize that:. To improve the competitiveness of the cultural industry is the first task at present. This paper selects the economic belt along the Beijing-Harbin-Beijing-Guangzhou railway. The Jingha-Jingguang Railway is an important railway line connecting the south and the north of China. The economic belt along the line occupies an important position in China. The theory of traffic economic belt, the theory of growth pole, the theory of industrial cluster and the theory of industrial convergence are the relevant theories applied in this paper. The paper clarifies the theoretical basis of the economic belt and the development model of the cultural industry. After the theoretical analysis is completed, it collects and collates the data by reading the relevant documents and using the method of quantitative analysis. This paper analyzes and evaluates the competitiveness of the cultural industry of "eight provinces and two cities" in the economic belt, and obtains the corresponding results. Then, it makes a thorough analysis of the competitiveness of the cultural industries of the provinces and cities, and according to the strengths and weaknesses of the regions. In line with local conditions and in the light of the current new situation, the new policy puts forward "two lines, two zones" and "one body and two wings" according to the idea of macro-meso-micro-level. The development model of "5.5 Base" and the corresponding development strategies are proposed to improve the overall competitiveness of the cultural industry of the economic belt.
