中国文化产业跨区域发展研究

【摘要】:近年来,文化产业作为中国文化软实力的重要组成部分,逐渐显现出它的生机与活力。在行政手段和市场规律的双重引导下,中国文化产业走上了有中国特色的发展之路。但是,由于缺乏法律、科技、人才、资金等多重因素的保障,且中国文化产业的发展主要依托于省级行政区划,整体规模效应并不明显。本文以中国文化产业的跨区域发展为研究对象,运用经济学、传播学等有关理论和方法,分析了中国文化产业的发展现状和存在的问题,阐述了中国文化产业跨区域发展的必要性及制约因素,探讨了中国文化产业跨区域发展应具备的条件,提出了中国文化产业跨区域发展模式,探寻了适合中国文化产业跨区域发展的路径,最后提出了中国文化产业跨区域发展的保障措施。 本文认为中国文化产业跨区域发展取得了一定成绩,但在跨区域经营模式、产业人才分布以及产业本土化等方面存在许多亟待解决的问题;文化产业具有实现区际分工与合作、资源共享与互补以及经验交流与学习等产业属性,因此必须加快中国文化产业跨区域发展的进程;行政配置方式、政策法规体系、区域市场垄断等制约因素在一定程度上阻碍了中国文化产业跨区域发展的推进,中国文化产业应提高其市场化程度以及科技含量和科技水平并创造适当的外部条件,采取跨区域创建模式、跨区域合作模式,通过纵向发展、横向互补和资源共享三种路径来推进中国文化产业跨区域发展,从而实现文化产业区域市场分工和资源配置,这样可有效刺激受众需求,极大开发文化市场潜力,实现文化产业效益最大化;在推动中国文化产业跨区域发展过程中,政府和企业应从政策、人才、资金、科技等方面为文化产业跨区域发展提供保障,,从而实现中国文化产业发展全面提速,最终增强中国文化产业的国际竞争力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as an important part of the soft power of Chinese culture, the cultural industry has gradually shown its vitality and vitality. China's cultural industry has embarked on a path of development with Chinese characteristics. However, due to the lack of protection of many factors, such as law, science and technology, talent, capital, and so on, the development of Chinese cultural industry mainly depends on the provincial administrative divisions. The overall scale effect is not obvious. This paper takes the cross-regional development of Chinese cultural industry as the research object, and analyzes the present development situation and existing problems of Chinese cultural industry by using relevant theories and methods, such as economics, communication, etc. This paper expounds the necessity and restrictive factors of the cross-regional development of Chinese cultural industry, probes into the conditions that should be possessed in the cross-regional development of Chinese cultural industry, and puts forward the cross-regional development mode of Chinese cultural industry. This paper explores the path of cross-regional development of Chinese cultural industry, and finally puts forward the safeguard measures for cross-regional development of Chinese cultural industry. This paper holds that the cross-regional development of Chinese cultural industry has made some achievements, but there are many problems to be solved in the cross-regional management mode, the distribution of industrial talents and the localization of industry. Cultural industry has the attributes of realizing inter-regional division of labor and cooperation, sharing and complementing resources, exchanging experiences and learning. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the process of cross-regional development of Chinese cultural industry, the administrative allocation mode, the system of policies and regulations, and so on. To a certain extent, the restriction factors such as regional market monopoly have hindered the development of Chinese cultural industry across regions. Therefore, China's cultural industry should improve its marketization, scientific and technological content and scientific and technological level and create appropriate external conditions. Adopting cross-regional model and cross-regional cooperation mode to promote the cross-regional development of Chinese cultural industry through vertical development, horizontal complementarity and resource sharing, so as to realize the division of labor and the allocation of resources in the regional market of cultural industry. This can effectively stimulate the needs of the audience, greatly develop the potential of the cultural market, and maximize the benefits of the cultural industry. In the process of promoting the cross-regional development of China's cultural industry, the government and enterprises should start with policies, talents, and funds. Science and technology provide guarantee for the cross-regional development of cultural industry so as to accelerate the development of Chinese cultural industry in an all-round way and finally enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese cultural industry.
